Great authentic freshly cooked Thai food at a good price. Friendly owner who will explain what everything is in the menu
Unlike a lot of other Thai restaurants this place does does not cater to the wider masses and stays true to the authentic Thai taste. Plus Grace makes sure that you feel welcome and even asked me to taste my curry to ensure that the heat from the chillies was not too much for me. I have a vegetarian friend who loves Thai food and I am certain he would have been head over heels for this place if there were vegetarian options. Maybe something Grace can think about for the future.

Do not be fooled by this little place’s unassuming looks from the outside. Inside you will find a beautifully decorated, comfortable lounge, American diner style seating area. They offer food to take away or enjoy in the restaurant. There is a compact menu of truly amazing thai food on offer, and a list of Brunch/Breakfast items. I only tried the Thai food on the occasion, but it was truly outstandingly fresh, flavourful and delicious. What they may lack in options, they more than make up for in the quality of their dishes. I can’t wait to come back.
Just had one of the best curry dishes ever from this take away! The whole experience from ordering in to the food was exceptional. Martin is a brilliant owner and very knowledgeable and passionate about Thai food and Grace the chef is unbelievable! One word would describe their food and that's AUTHENTIC! The depth of flavours is unreal and the care and passion in the Thai curry is like a Thai mother would cook for her family! They are a new business and have a smaller menu to ensure the food is fresh cooked daily! This is not your average take away and they only cook a set amount each day and when its gone it's gone so get in early and trust me it's worth the effort and wait!
There are two takeaways in one, with breakfast/brunch served in the morning and amazing Thai food in the afternoon. I have ordered both and the food here is very good. The staff are really friendly and listen to feedback. I've found the best way to order is to call them direct then go in to collect. Delivery is also available if you want it.
Had a truly excellent breakfast. Clearly all cooked fresh with highest quality ingredients I’ve had in Coventry. Very reasonably priced and so many great breakfast options. Also really great customer service!!
What a delightful little discovery this place is. Delightfully cooked fresh Thai food that is absolutely astounding. If dining in, the restaurant is small and intimate, but don't let that put you off! If they can seat you - you will be rewarded with the best Thai food that I am aware of... A true delight, we will certainly be returning many times!

Ordered via Just-Eat. After being super disappointed with another place (*coughcough* Thai Dusit *coughcough*), I'm just so estatic to find an authentic Thai restaurant in Coventry!!! We ordered three different dishes; they were all delicious in their own way, even though some were slightly off from the traditional recipe. The green curry was slightly too sweet for me, but it was still incredibly enjoyable! The pad cha wasn't technically pad cha (unless I remember it wrong), but it was possibly the highlight of the meal. The tomyum soup was very thick and very strong, but it was hitting all the right spots. Overall, our bellies were on fire and happy!
Amazing home cooked Thai food. All dishes are prepared from scratch, using fresh ingredients. You won’t find Thai food more authentic than this!
Brunch2Go also do a great job on the breakfast dishes. Really good quality meats used, not the cheap stuff.
I've finally found a Thai Street food place that lives up to what I see on documentaries that exist in Thailand only.
The food was amazing. The Hung Lay curry, cooked entirely from scratch which took 4 hours melts in your mouth and explodes with flavour.
The effort and care not only in the food, but in the establishment reflects on the owners.
The best Thai food I have found so far in the UK. The hidden gem.
Outstanding! Possibly the best that curry I've had outside of Thailand. It was fresh and very very well spiced. I can't wait to eat there again.

I collected my breakfast today from Brunch2Go, which is also Hung Lay in the evenings.
When I arrived, the food wasn't quite ready, but the owner was so genuinely apologetic, explaining how busy he had been and trying to adjust to an increasingly delivery-only industry during lockdowns. He went on to say the food was cooked fresh to order, so it was disappointing for him that his customers sometimes didn't get things quickly enough to benefit from that
Let me tell you, it makes a difference. I was happy to wait and support a small local business. I was excited, having found out they do gluten free bacon batches, and gf sausages too. It was already worth my time.
But also, the food quality was excellent! I so enjoyed all of it- the triple bacon breakfast and my cheeky gf bacon batch. The batch was especially lovely. A lot of gf bread has an unpleasant texture, but this was soft and fluffy and had an almost buttery taste. It was perfect and I was overjoyed.
What was equally important to me was interacting with this real person, doing his best in unprecedented times. He was honest, gave me great service, and cooked me great food.
Please check it out for yourself, and support this local gem. Remember that patience is a virtue, and we are very lucky to still have places like this to make us lovely food to brighten up our lockdown
By far the best Thai food in Coventry in my experience. Personal favourites: green curry, chicken with basil, chicken wings and pad Thai. Delicious and well-priced!
