The Royal Court Hotel - Coventry - Photo album

Met up for our annual reunion with 22 friends and this was our first visit to this hotel. We were initially apprehensive following all the negative reviews previously posted but were pleasantly surprised. Our room was spacious, clean and well maintained and had recently been refurbished, as had th
After we booked for two nights we read the reviews, and were very dubious as to what to expect. Yes the drive up to the hotel did have pot holes but driving slowly and sensibly was no problem. Plenty of parking spaces. Our room was excellent, large, looked like new carpet and furniture, bed was comf
Surprisingly impressed after reading reviews. Really nice hotel in lovely grounds. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and worked very hard. Lots of queues at 2 for 1 bar. Not enough staff. Tribute nights and disco very good. Would definitely come back. Great value for m
Just been, organized a full bus of ladies from Tyne and wear south federation of women's institute. Could not fault our stay. Food very good and tasty, staff could of not been anymore accommodating for us, moved tables into a lounge area so we could all be together for our evening entertainment whic
Good hotel experience for the price and a very good breakfast; yes some areas could do with a bit of TLC and updating, but all perfectly acceptable. Friendly and helpful staff; asked for a ground floor and dog friendly room and that was no problem. I stupidly left my jacket in the wardrobe but hotel
Great hall and facilities, in need of some upkeep, maintenance & modernization. Parking requires registration at reception, the parking area itself it poorly lit and requires maintenance, can be easy to fall with weather and foliage dropping from branches. A value hotel, but could be alot better,
This is the first time I visited a hotel other than Premier and Travelodge. This hotel is situated in a very quiet land. Over 200 parking bays, give a very historical or vintage feelings. Had Dinner and Breakfast, traditional type. It has a meeting room, pool, gym and a Bar. Most of them were elde
First room we went to we were getting ready for bed an water came through the ceiling. Not the owners fault just some residents left tap on. Moved us very quickly to a bigger room. A bit noisy but slept well
Not a bad hotel.. a bit dated and could do with a revamp, the grounds were lovely and the rooms were clean. Mattresses were a little hard but you get that in most hotels. The pool area was in need of a revamp but was adequate for what we needed. Breakfast was well worth the money paid. Excellent
Lovely building despite some needed renovation work.. particularly the spa/pool area. The rooms comfortable and some lovely features throughout the hotel. The grounds were very nice, breakfast and evening meal also had a very good selection with fresh food. Some renovations clearly needed but still
Only scored down the service because have to pick tea/sugars and towels from reception and request a room clean which they seemed hesitant to do on a multi day stay (only wanted to make sure the bins were emptied after a cooler of days). Service with a smile though. Clean and well appointed.
This hotel has so much potential and is in desperate need of an update, however it served its purpose for us as it was a one night layover for a journey to South Wales. We chose this hotel as it is pet friendly as we had our pooch in tow. The grounds of the hotel are great too.
