Papa Johns always has the freshest ingredients for pizza
now theirs is stories of sugar being added to their tomato sauce
now me being Italian lots of Italians world wide and professional pizza places in Italy do that to get rid of the bitterness of the tomato sauce
and others use wine to do that.
