Just popped in today for a cup of tea and some travel money. Staff in both areas were most helpful. The lady in the Resturant carried my drink to my table which was much appreciated. And the lady in the travel shop kindly explained how I could get the most favorable exchange rate. So all in all a go

5 stars for the service I got from a cosmetics lady. Went in to claim a free product with my O2 Priority app. She explained that they didn't stock it there but gave me a sample from another manufacture so my wife wouldn't be disappointed. First class customer relations!
This West Orchards store has got to be my most favourite of all Debenhams stores. You get everything here and in excellent quality. After reopening in the current corona virus situation, they have placed signs everywhere, reminding of the 2m distance. The shopping baskets have been discontinued for
Visited the store today and visited the fragrance department. Was approached by Jemma who I believe was the fragrance floor manager. she noticed that I was in need of assistance as I was waiting a minute or so for some help. She was very chatty, friendly and knowledgeable. Fabulous customer service.
Rachel at the Dior counter is an absolute credit to the store. She helped me choose the best possible gift for my fiance. She was patient and extremely knowledgeable in the face of my utter ineptitude! I'll be sure to go to Rachel again next time I need help choosing the perfect gift!
Favourite place. Only found out they ship internationally after I lugged back gifts for friends/fam to Canada. So yeah, you can pay in the UK and they ship it anywhere. Good to know. Brands are really great. Their housewares are amazing!

Took my Wife shopping for some clothes and shoes. She managed to come away with some real nice items for our forthcoming holidays. Two sets of shoes as well. Cost a bit, but it was worth it to see the happy face. Ladies in the changing rooms and on the till were both very friendly and helpful.

Visited Estée Lauder today and was really looked after by Natalie Sladen. She was brilliant! She really took her time to recommend and trial products on my mum. She talked through each product and it benefits and we left with some gorgeous makeup. Couldn’t recommend her enough!
