We went in last week Thursday,Kinza and Ali both went out their way to get our massive order correct. We were given fantastic table service and both members of staff were very prompt and polite. Thank you for a great experience!
One of the best in town ice-cream parlor. Ambient space and wonderful ice-creams. Affordable prices attracts me every time when I think of having an ice-cream. Getting decent quantity in an affordable price is the right way to make a customer satisfy. Just love it... Such nice staff as well. 😊😍❤️

The Waffles are massive and easily worth the money paid for them.
I ordered the Banana & Strawberry waffle, my Gf ordered The Cookie crush. And also a Mint chocolate chip Scoop Shake.
Staff were friendly and helpful to anything we Needed and the deserts were with us within 10 minutes.
5* would definitely go again and recommend to others.
Parking is limited at the rear of the premises so if its busy you may not get parked.

Very nice choices of ice creams and waffles. The social distancing norms are in place and need to wait till someone assign us a table. There is a 25% discount if you are ordering and paying using mobile application. The staff were courteous and friendly..
The desserts may be slightly more expensive compared to other places around, but they make up for this in quantity and quality.
Waiting times are very good usually. I was there recently with a group of 8/10, having everything come in max 15 minutes. For single orders, you can expect a wait time of around 10 minutes. Granted, this standard will depend on the staffing situation and how busy the shop is.
The only real criticism I would give is that the service can lack dependent on who is running the shop. Even at around 7 pm in the afternoon on a Saturday, with a very quiet shop, the staff seems to serve and interact with you like they have 0 energy or just can't really be bothered to get out of the shift.
Smaller things like not having enough cutlery packed despite the shop being very quiet, then asking the staff who seem to just have forgotten about the table / lack of cutlery.
Overall, a lovely shop with great food and a lovely atmosphere.

Very nice cafe. Staff were well trained and they are maintaining social distance. We ordered crepe and waffle. It was so fresh and yummy😍. Definitely i will visit that place for their waffle. It got lake view as well. Peaceful. I wanted to try their savoury after eating cold icecream but that was not available..that was disappointed. Other than that lovely place with good ambience.
Lovely desserts. Coffee was really good, which surprised me. Shame we were sat right by the till, so there was almost always a queue of people right next to where we were eating; a tensa barrier to nudge the queue parallel to the counter would solve that very cheaply and easily. Could really do with patio doors and a seating area onto the park so you can eat outside by the pool.
First with Pops, then the kids, when I was allowed, now it's with the grand kid! Place fits the bill perfectly

The desserts were expertly balanced, with just the right amount of sweetness, and the quality of ingredients was clearly outstanding.
The service at the dessert shop was equally exceptional. The staff members were friendly, especially the girl name LAVEENA she is knowledgeable, and eager to help. She patiently answered all my questions, guiding me through the menu and offering recommendations based on my preferences.

I visited Creams on Sunday evening with my family. Desserts were lovely. Short waiting time for orders being served. We were served by Seif and he was phenomenal. From welcoming trough the service. He made us feel comfortable. As he was very busy working he still came to check on us with a smile on his face.
