Food has improved here in the last year or so. Their fries were always undercooked but they are tasty now. Food is all good. Only complaint the tables, seats & floor is always messy.
Completely different experience today. Place spotless and excellent customer service, smiles and hot food. All napkins and straws and sauces correct. 10/10 Thank you.
Two young staff members very cheeky, their customer service ridiculous, the carpark has a gaint pot hole and it is wrecking customer tyres.
Wow what a difference. The new decor and food quality are top notch. Lovely comfortable heated restaurant, friendly helpful staff and my ooh my the fries and chicken are too die for. 2 times I've been in last month, the chicken on the bone cooked to perfection and the fries hot and tasty. Well done
Foods always great, can be a bit expensive if you have a big appetite but chickens 🐔. I'm in here far too much, only reason I give it 4 stars due to me personally thinking portions are small buy oll let you be the judge of that
BEST KFC ever. The staff are so kind and the atmosphere is amazing. I love that its right next to the gym so you can go burn off your extra calories after youre done eating.
Lovely guy at the drive through, nice and chatty, food was fresh, he explained the new fries also
The taste of KFC Londonderry is awesome compare to letterkenny KFC. I enjoyed a lot. But outside the shop is not clean and tidy.
