Every time I go to this Nero, the staff is smiley, welcoming, happy to serve me, present me with different options and checking that they got right what I asked for before paying. The atmosphere is cosy and it is a spacious cafe.

Lack of soft furnishings and a busy Saturday afternoon meant it was quite noisy. However the coffee was excellent, the chocolate fudge cake moist and delicious and the service from the batistas friendly and efficient.

Lovely service from friendly staff! The store is clean, presentable and bright. The decor is a little outdated and the store is need of a refurb as the artwork looks tired and worn. The staff are lovely and always serve with a smile! A great selection of hot and cold drinks/food. Uber Eats delivery is also very speedy too. A good spot to enjoy a quiet lunch if you’re passing through Coulsdon!

Not the best coffee in town but good enough, the service is always good and the staff are lovely to everyone. Croissants are fresh daily.

Glad they have a new manager at our local Nero’s. We are always popping into Coulsdon. The Barista’s are always helpful and make our chosen style of drinks as requested. Keep up the Good work .

Like it as very convenient to get to from home. Relaxing atmosphere. Ordered a soup yes I did like it but a shame that they told me they had run out of bread rolls. So got part lunch. Suppose I ought to look at it as a slimming meal. Service good.

When I started going here , the old manager was miserable and I found they made really bitter coffee, which was far too hot. I went back with colleagues and they have the best barista you will find. Like finding a decent barber, once you do, you go nowhere else. Unfortunately this lady is only on loan from Gatwick. But while she is there I shall enjoy her flat whites, friendly service and always smiling.

I love a good neros coffee.. this store has friendly staff and nice and clean too, store is a little smaller than some but not always busy also they have outdorr seats if you smoke/wait for bus

Went into Nero's in Coulsdon today and encountered a very rude member of staff who actually called herself the manager. I went in with my small puppy which was asleep under my coat. purchased a coffee and sat down, I was told by a member of staff that because of the puppy I had to sit by the door. I thought ok no problem. Just as I started drinking my coffee I was told by a further member of staff that I had to put my puppy on the floor I said she is currently asleep on my lap/under my coat so I would prefer she say there. The member of staff retorted to me in a rude manner, that they do not allow dogs on chairs. I said I understand she is not on the chair she is on my lap. I said why didn't you tell me this when I purchased my coffee I would not have bought a coffee in here had I known this. I was then asked to leave the shop. I will never frequent this shop again the customer care is a disgrace.
