I stopped here for a quick breakfast on the way to Brighton. Simple, fast, cheap with no hidden surprises. You see what they are cooking. Plus the staff is nice and welcoming.
Popped into this great Cafe by chance while in Coulsdon and I'm glad I did. I had the Set 6 breakfast which comes with a lovely coffee and 2 slices of buttered toast. I really enjoyed it and I rarely ever have a cooked breakfast. The waitress is lovely and friendly. They have a great menu, loads of choices at really good prices. Definitely be visiting again. Highly recommend :)! Recommend their coffee (filter) and breakfast.
It can be hard to find a cafe where you can get a nice soft baguette that won't shred the roof of your mouth. These guys have nailed it.
They do a good selection of standard cafe fare. Definitely the place to go for a hangover cure or to set you up for a long day. The service is ALWAYS friendly and there's a good chance they'll remember your order if you've been there a few times.
Prices are reasonable too. It's cash only and the bank across the road had just closed down. So stop at the cashpoint in your way or there's a cashpoint about 4 minutes walk away, on the other side of the railway bridge.
Consistently great bacon and eggs. Good place to stop for breakfast while cycling.

I had a great time visiting Cafe Time yesterday from 1:46-1:48pm.
Food is good, menu is clear and nice staff.
Nice food decent size portions but very expensive.
