Decided to try here for Sunday roast after seeing g it recommended on a local social media page and it did not disappoint. The food was amazing and there was plenty to choose from on the kids menu for my little one. Will definitely be back!
Really lovely food 2nd time here the 1st time had margarita pizza which was delicious. Today came back and had the vegan burger and hubby had the dirty burger and really delicious cannot fault it at all and amazing onion rings. Great friendly staff very pleasant and excellent service from Ashley.

Disappointed with dessert. Was expecting traditional cheesecake, but charge for these was very kindly removed from the bill.

My first time at The Tudor Rose with family while paying them a visit. We were there for drinks and dinner and had a great evening. It was so good we were back for a couple of cheeky drinks the following evening!

I'm off the alcohol for a few more weeks, but still enjoyed the visits. Looking forward to coming back again in December!
Great service and friendly staff. Food was delicious, I had the nourish bowel and thoroughly enjoyed it although I couldn't finish it. One of my friends had sea bass and the other two had a burger. Clean plates all round. Would definitely recommend and will be visiting again.
Olivia, our server was pleasant and helpful. She remembered us from before. We were really happy with her service and attention.
Five of us had Sunday lunch. Great atmosphere and service. We all had roasts which were good, but strangely the pork was about two mouthfuls. We literally had to seek it out below the vegetables as we thought theyād forgotten to put it on the plate. We asked for more pork and a few more mouthfuls were brought in a bowl to share with us two pork eaters.
Deserts didnāt include custard with the crumble and no shortbread biscuit with the ice cream. Ā£4 was knocked off the final bill. But a good experience was marred by stupid avoidable issues.
Amazing food and service. Holly who served us was incredible and great with allergies too and spoke to manager Jake who was also so helpful about it. Will definitely be coming back again itās a great choice for nice pub dinner.
Came in for a meal and our server Katie was instantly attentive and made sure we were all comfortable. She was very happy and seemed eager to help and answer any of our questions

Easter Sunday lunch. Booked a table online that morning. But not as busy as expected with some free tables. Staff were polite and helpful. We ordered the roasts and they were served within a few minutes. Potions were large, glad we didnt have starters and could not have managed a desert. Would recommend.
Went for a birthday Sunday roast and loved it. Got the roast pork with crackling and all the trimmings and side. I was so full afterwards but enjoyed everything. The crackling was crispy, the roast pork tender. And cauliflower cheese so creamy. The staff were lovely. We went early (12) so it was quiet(ish) but by the time we left an hour or so later it was busy. But that is a sign of how good it was.
Will definitely return.
Came into the Tudor Rose over the Weekend for the first time and was very impressed with the service and the atmosphere. It was reasonably busy but the service was still very fast and didn't feel rushed at all, one of the staff, Brad, had plenty of time for us and gave some great recommendations for food and drink which we thoroughly enjoyed. We will definitely be returning soon!

Lovely wedding lunch! Food was top tier and everything was up to standard. The prices are very reasonableā¦. We had a wonderful waiter by the name of Holly! She was friendly, quick, informative. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone.
My son and I visited the Tudor rose for a Sunday lunch today and the food was sublime and cooked to perfection! Our waitress Ashley was absolutely amazing and really made us feel welcome. In my sons words ācan we go back to the Tudor rose I loved itā who is 8 years old! Thank you to the Tudor Rose team and Ashley for a lovely experience.

We had a lovely meal here on 2/7/23 , a nice summer afternoon sitting outside. Food was fabulous.
Our waitress and Shona was friendly and helpful and service was pretty quick. She kindly brought an iPad to show one of my family which meals were Gluten free.
I would suggest the restaurant consider printing Gluten free symbols on menu to show which ones are, many places do this now along with vegan/vegetarian symbols etc.
We had a really enjoyable meal. Will definitely come again. šš thanks.
