It's great news that the Cross Keys is finally back open, and I'm looking forward to the changes it's set to undergo. With a brand new pool table and darts board, it's shaping up to be an exciting spot. The staff were fantastic and welcoming, although it might still be a bit tatty due to the recent

The staff were amazing friendly and the landlady had several obsticals to overcome and that lady did it. When we are back in this part of the country as we are from the South East we will definitely be heading to see her again. Johnny Pat was great well worth the visit, totally recommend it 👍
The staff were really nice and asked if you were enjoying the food and they were really polite but the atmosphere wasn't the best because there was dogs around the place. I didn't really like the dog hairs going in my food so I would say that if you had a dog you should sit outside were your dog cou

We live in the village and haven't been to this pub for a long time . But popped to some local shops a couple of weeks ago and thought we'd give it a whirl, well we wasn't disappointed and been back 3 times since. Staff friendly nice atmosphere, good menu and the food has been spot on the last twice
We visited for a themed pub quiz and meal with friends. I had a steak pie, other half had hunters chicken. The food was really good and didn't take very long considering the place was packed.
Atmosphere was relaxed and fun and the quizmaster was entertaining.
Great night, cheers guys
Very good pub food. Staff really nice and worked hard to look after us. Portions generous. Good pint of real ale. Will be going back with our 🐕. As is very dog friendly. So go for a walk in Cottingham Park and then pop in for a pie and a pint. Sounds like a plan!
Quiet on a Monday night (as most pubs are) but the locals were really friendly and the barman was brilliant. It seems like a fairly modern place and very tidy without losing the charm of a village pub despite being in a big village centre. I'd make this my local if I lived in the area. On a busier
We popped into the Cross Keys in Cottingham for a bite to eat (after a day's DIY I didn't feel like cooking!) Never having eaten there we thought we'd give it a try. We were expecting regular pub grub but we were very pleasantly surprised. The food was excellent, both in taste and presentation.

Called in unplanned to eat on a Sunday lunchtime, so glad we did. Greeted at the bar and offered the menus. There was a great selection on there at fair prices; from memory no main meal was over £10.
Anyway, everyone picked and our order was taken efficiently even with the requested tweaks to the me
Only been for tea with my very young granddaughter but the food was very good both for adults and the younger generation. Staff friendly and helpful. Have different specials for each day of the week. Nice atmosphere.
Really friendly staff. The food was excellent. Made us (and our dog) feel very welcome. We've already booked to go again in a couple of days.
