We we're welcomed, with hellos and good morning as soon as we entered and as we left it was goodbye see you again soon. In-between the coffee was hot the food was exceptional and the price wasn't too dear. I give them 10 out of 10, and I just hope that there's a table free on our next visit to this
When you visit Southwood Garden centre in Cottingham go and have refreshments and maybe a bite to eat. Visited the cafe today for the first time and was so impressed. The tables were cleared immediately customers had left them so the cafe looked tidy and clean. The food was very good. Excellent selection of meals for small and larger appetites. The staff were lovely and friendly, especially Rachael

Called in for a latte and slice of cake...the cafe was almost empty and there were lots of staff but it still took 20 minutes for our order which was disappointing.
The cake was delicious but at £4.25 for a slice, this was bad value.
Staff friendly and welcoming menu very good vegan and vegetarian options had scone just been baked and daughter had slice of vegan cake with three coffee's very tasty inside Southwood garden centre would recommend

We have been to quite a few cafes all over the country this week and called in here on Saturday. Even though it was very busy the staff were friendly and polite helping customers to there tables.The food was by far the bets we had all week.
Really good place to go. First time I went was a Wednesday and it was packed. However I discovered that that is the day pensioners get discount in the garden centre. Good choice of food served quickly and efficiently
