Excellent location and outdoor view for their photo session, excellent food, we had opportunity to discuss to tweak recipes according to our taste and the result was superb.
Staff was so co-operative and present all the time.

Hotel was okay. Not really set up for weekly visitors more a hotel for wedding parties or functions. Food was excellent though and would defo recommend. Room were clean and tidy and good enough for our requirements. Service we received was also good.

We stayed Christmas Eve and Christmas Day evenings. We were advised in advance that they wouldn't be serving breakfast or dinner so made alternative arrangements for this. Staff extremely helpful and friendly when we saw them.
The room we had didn't have water glasses, not sure if they're meant to but we had drinks bottles with us which was fine. The radiator in the room didn't work but the bathroom was that hot we just left the door open.
We'd stay again.
Booked our whole team in for a Christmas party night. Food was amazing and hot, served with a smile and professionalism. Was Grinch themed and the visit from the actual Grinch was a great touch and very funny.
The whole team of 16 loved it. Atmosphere was great and disco good. Full dance floor all night.
Definitely booking again next year.
6 couples stayed over and the rooms are very spacious, very clean and facilities great. Bathroom huge.
We have just had our wedding reception at Lazaats and we had the perfect time there. Thank you so much for making it such a wonderful day and we were impressed with all staff particularly Max who was our events coordinator. We really recommend Lazaats to anyone planning their wedding.
Went to a conference here. So I can provide feedback on the catering and customer service. Food was lovely and the staff were attentive without being intrusive.
