This place is always so clean and tidy. The staff are very attentive. Toilets are also clean and not messy, baby changing room and 2 cubicles in the ladies. Not very busy at 9pm on Saturday night but this could be due to the petrol queue blocking the entrance.
I wish to point out the amazing customer service I received from a member of your staff; (sorry I don't know her name), who upon chatting to me, went the extra mile to get me some boxes from out the back for my approaching move. Thank you! 😊

Visited this particular branch twice now and both occasions, the food is top drawer (for fast food). Only niggle is that if the milkshakes are available, it doesn't make that clear when ordered from the screens with payment card. Fries are actually hot, burger reasonably warm enough and (2nd Visit) we got a chocolate shake each which was a nice change! One member of staff was a bit "couldn't give a rat's" but otherwise, the rest deserve full praise.
Certainly a better experience than my last visit to the Airport branch near Norwich, who made a right b0ll0x, when I visited there on one of the Christmas Bank Holidays. Never bothered since
One of the only fast food places that still does fast food..provided you use the drive through. Beware this one is the hub for most deliveroo and Uber eats so if you accidentally find yourself inside the wait time increases substantially
On this particular visit every single aspect of food, premises & staff was perfect, I was there at a quiet time, the restaurant was clean, staff were friendly and welcoming and the food tasted freshly cooked.
Double quarter pounder with cheese was fresh and pretty tasty. Service was non existent, just called my number with a mardy face on
Hard to get food when drive thro has hight resection during renovation and also why do Tsuckwood and bandrory one at same time . So ended up with no food as you can't walk in ðŸ˜
Best constructed breakfast wrap I've seen in a long time. Quick, the lad that brought it to the counter seemed genuinely friendly, apologies I didn't get his name or I'd have mentioned it! About 5'11 dark hair, served order number 3 at around 0945.
Great food as normal with a Macs!. The young staff member at the drive-through!. Was very pleasant
9 time out of ten these guys get it right, and efficiently. Same can't be said for the other one

Functional and consistent. Not too busy for an early Saturday lunch either. Beware the 90 min parking restrictions. The surrounding roundabouts are often busy
