The service was not only very nice and pleasant, they also were quick! The barman told us something about the history of the place which was very interesting. We had to wait multiple hours for our train to come in, this wasn’t a problem at all. We even got to dry our boots and socks by a fire. The s
Definitely a wonderful place to be. I had seen Corrour in a Youtube video called 'All the Stations'. I stayed over for one night and the cooked breakfast was truly excellent. Peace and quiet are guaranteed. The only negative was the wind and rain along with the midges. So I didn't stray far.
We loved our overnight stay at the Corrour Station House. It's so beautiful, so quiet, and very comfortable. The staff are so accomodating and helpful! The food at the restaurant was excellent, too. Don't miss going up and watching the sunset behind Ben Nevis from the top of the signal box!
Only ate in the restaurant, it's amazing, had venison steak sandwich & a glass of Malbec. How they manage to have such a good restaurant in the middle of nowhere! 🤷 A very welcome end to a long hike & a cost place to relax waiting for the train

An absolute winner. A must go. The coffee was one of the best in Scotland and the venison sandwich was cooked to perfection. lovely atmosphere and lovely staff. Such a pleasant surprise to get such quality food in the middle of nowhere.
We had a fantastic dinner after a day of walking. Great local food at a good price, and the home banking was amazing! Very friendly staff that’s e had a good chat with and they even gave us some free bits of flapjack. Will be back!
So much to love about this place. With no public roads and no other settlements to be found for miles, nowhere else gives you quite the same feeling as 'getting away from it' than here. It's in some of the most stunning and untouched surroundings you can find in the UK and has some great hiking/moun
