Dropped in for a drink and a bite to eat on Tuesday. First impressions were that it was hard to see if the place was open. There were clearly people upstairs, but I'm not familiar with Corby so it took me a while to work out whether the people I could see were actually in the same place. Once inside, I could see there is a down stairs bar and upstairs; So we went straight to the area where there were customers. We had a nice young lady seat us and hand us menus. We ordered our drinks and looked at the food menu. When I went to order the steak, I was told that they had run out. Its a bit annoying when you're not told of this beforehand, so I had a look for something else. I went for a burger and my partner the chicken dish. We also ordered nachos as a sharing starter. The nachos arrived and my partner scalded her hand on the nacho bowl. She was not warned of the hot dish which should have been done. The main dishes were nice. The burger was amazing but the chips were luke warm and stale, like McDonald's fries left at the bottom if the bag. My partner was very happy with her dinner except that the mash was your typically microwaved serving, whereby it was extremely hot in places but not consistently. Overall we were happy. I think there are some minor points that could be improved on for optimum enjoyment, but nothing major.

Great new location in Corby. We went today for the first time since they opened, and we really enjoyed. Good food and lovely people, so caring and making sure everything is fine.

Love this place. They had an Elvis tribute on which was amazing! Milos the bartender was very helpful and friendly. He can have a good laugh and really brightens the place :)

Ate there this evening and what a lovely experience. We were seated and looked after, staff polite and especially good with my two young children. My eldest (5) said to the waitress that he would like pizza and obviously I explained pizza isn't part of the menu. The waitress came back a few minutes later and said the chef can make an adapted pizza using the bread for garlic bread and the obvious. Absolutely stunning, we had a very happy child and I think this should be added to the children's menu. Thank you so much for being so attentive and to the staff for not minding my 18month old going up and holding 2 ladies hands and making her laugh.

Had a tasty roast dinner today, probably one of the best i've had in a pub! Very good service! Will be back and will recommend to friends!
