Ordered a meal at 7.55pm last night, the meal took over a hour and a half to be delivered. I phoned at 9pm to ask where my order was, the phone just kept ringing, no answer. I phoned again at 9.15pm and finally got through, they said the pizza was on its way to me. It arrived at 9.40pm, it was cold!
