Was very surprised (in a good way) by the Chequered Flag. It is much larger on the inside with plenty of space to sit and relax. Great atmosphere and okay food for great prices. Great for a large family as there's plenty big tables. Enjoyed the new hungry homer pudding a little more then I enjoyed the main.
This place is a quite, kid, and pet friendly pub with a warm, and friendly staff, they have lot’s of ice cold beer on tap, with dozens of beer and spirits to pick from. They have pipping hot meals to select from on a fun and classical British menu.

After a previous bad experience we decided to try again. Jonathan (behind the bar), Nicole & Tom (managers) made the experience perfect. The service given was exemplary and the food was perfect. Highly recommend the new customer service ethos and cooking skills in the kitchen. We will return

We were able to order in advance, that is a huge advantage, and saves you time if you have limited time.
Johnathan O'Brien was absolutely spot on from start to finish. Very welcoming had a laugh and also very knowledgeable with what's going on etc ( menu / offers)

Had a meal on the 1st July 23 for over 30 of us to celebrate my parents 60th Wedding anniversary. The staff were amazing. For such a large party the food was delicious, the service was really good and we all had a fantastic time
