Went for tapas Tuesday tonight and the food was amazing! The staff are always so friendly and welcoming. House wine was pretty tasty too! Would recommend the tapas to anyone!

Every time I'm in here the staff make the place!! They are amazing. Special mention to the guy yesterday delivering food to the tables, happy singing away, great customer service, great with the kids and made sure my sticky toffee pudding was the biggest. He has a shaved head I didn't get his name but he was great 🙌🏻 X
Brought my partner and our two month old son here for some lunch with a friend of ours and I love the feel,food and drinks. Also good to see a dog friendly place and enough space for a pushchair. Keep doing what you guys are doing. Would highly recommend this to everyone.
Lovely visit here yesterday before shopping, good service, staff were friendly and attentive, food was served quickly and was yummy I had the tomato and mozzarella panini, my friend also had this and the staff kindly took out the fresh tomato for her as she'd asked without a trouble, atmosphere was nice as it was chilled out, all in all a brill place to visit
We choose the lounge every time, the staff are fab and the kids love it they have activities for the kids. And they have tapas platter what is there not to love...�
Staff are really friendly and welcoming, they are always up for a good chat! The place is tidy and well kept. The food is well presented and taste's great! Definitely coming back!

We have visited the Paletto Lounge several times over the years, and I am confident this is one of the best places to go for a meal.
Today I had the Nasi Goreng which was Malaysian-style fried rice with chicken and prawns with red chilli, spring onions, sesame seeds and chilli sauce topped with a fried egg and honestly, I think I found THE one. It's incredibly tasty and I loved every bite!
There is always a seat available no matter what time of day, and you don't need to reserve; you can turn up anytime. There is the option of outdoor dining too, but I don't think I've ever sat outside because the chairs didn't look exceptionally as comfortable as the inside chairs do.
Speaking of chairs, I do think it's phenomenal that there is a wide range of different types of chairs, and it means that this can accommodate any customer; for example, my partner does have cerebral palsy, which can cause discomfort when sitting but there's a specific chair he can sit without pain, and that's a win in my book!
The menu is provided via disposable paper, which is more hygienic than the laminated versions they used to offer, and the menu is very different; I would say it's more Mexican influenced, well Mexican and Spanish combination if that makes sense?
You have the option of scanning the QR code supplied on each table to order your food or to go to the bar. If you have any requests for changing the food, go to the bar, as they can personalise it to match your requirements.
The food I always go for is the Chicken, Bacon and Avacado salad which is, quite frankly, one of the best salads I've ever tasted. It's the right portion size, and I usually have a side of halloumi fries to compliment the salad.
I've tried the other foods they offer, and the burgers are never disappointing, but the steak is sadly usually chewy, and it's unpleasant for me. The tapas are a small portion of food that is incredibly overpriced for what you get, but having been a customer here for a year, I've learnt to avoid certain things, and I've been a satisfied customer.
There are three types of toilets here one for gentlemen, one for females and one for disabled/baby changing rooms. There is also a section of games for both children and adults, and they serve beautiful drinks and cocktails for any event.
The only thing I don't like is at night, they dim the lights, which makes it hard for us who are dead and communicate through sign language. Otherwise, this place deserves a solid five stars.
I love the Lounge bars as the vegan options are fab.

The staff were friendly, but I had to Google the vegan wine options at the bar as they didn't know.
They were out of stock on a few things that both myself and my friend wanted which i found a bit poor.
It was a Monday night, so quite quiet.
We had a lovely time because we had great company and the venue was clean and the usual standard for the chain.
Quirky bar meets Mexican diner. Food is hot and fresh and portions were a good size. Menu is varied to suit most appetites, music was a little loud but that's just my opinion. Staff were pleasant and friendly, drinks were ready quickly and food was out piping hot in less than 10 minutes. We went around 4pm and it was not too busy.
Dropped in for a quick bite to eat on Sunday 22nd Oct. We had our dog with us, the staff were exceptional! They even dropped the music volume a touch for my autistic daughter. Fully recommended!....many thanks!
Food great, so much choice, reasonable price. Funky decor and great atmosphere. Love it.

First time I have eaten here as I live in Scotland though I’d try it while am here in Corby and I wasn’t disappointed lovely atmosphere good selection of drinks and absolutely delicious food and the price was very good to. I definitely will be back
The lounges franchise offer a homely, even eclectic place to have a drink and grab something to eat. I’m a great fan of the tapas option and the fresh orange juice but all of the options are good. Even when busy service is quick and friendly. The menu offers a good range of options for most tastes as does the drinks menu. It’s a pretty consistent experience whichever ‘lounge’ you visit and that is a good thing when you know you like their offer.
Great atmosphere, lovely staff and really enjoyed our food and drink. It feels really cosy in the evening 😊 Wide range of food on menu and staff knowledgeable about what is offered.

Update: lovely to see this place open up again. Excellent systems in place for hygiene etc including QR code ordering from phone, more space between tables, single use menus etc. Lovely food as always - lunchtime this visit was busy but not too long to wait. Excellent tapas - halloumi bites, mini tacos. All round great vibe!

Part of a small chain (each a differently named 'lounge') that has a quirky theme. Nice inside, with a good atmosphere - upstairs is mainly tables to sit and drink or eat. The food is decent, and this place was busy on a Wednesday night which tells tout something.
Hadn't pre booked a table, just turned up. No problem, looked after great. Really well cooked mael and lovely staff and service.
