The staff were friendly, but I had to Google the vegan wine options at the bar as they didn't know.
They were out of stock on a few things that both myself and my friend wanted which i found a bit poor.

Update: lovely to see this place open up again. Excellent systems in place for hygiene etc including QR code ordering from phone, more space between tables, single use menus etc. Lovely food as always - lunchtime this visit was busy but not too long to wait. Part of a small chain (each a differently named 'lounge') that has a quirky theme. Nice inside, with a good atmosphere - upstairs is mainly tables to sit and drink or eat. The food is decent, and this place was busy on a Wednesday night which tells tout something.
Hadn't pre booked a table, just turned up. No problem, looked after great. Really well cooked mael and lovely staff and service.
