What a lovely place. We stayed over in the car park in our motorhome. This is free if you are going to eat or drink in the pub. Really good! We went into the pub with friends who also were in a motorhome. Hubby had a few drinks while I did a bit of touristy shopping in Corbridge. Came back later in the evening and pretty much spent the whole evening there because the managers Steven and Julie, were sooo lovely. We all had dogs and they are welcomed with hugs and plenty of love. Next morning we had breakfast which was delicious. I had scrambled eggs on toast and hubby had full English, which he polished off quite happily. We went back to our van quits stuffed to the brim . Can't quite say how lovely it was, but suffice to say we are going back again and again. Deffo worth 5*s for the welcome the willingness to help and the food. By the way their restaurant was full on the Saturday night, so book before you go if you can! πŸ˜‰ 😁 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 picture is my husband with Julie Dabbs the manageress and her dogs Star and Winston, after they went on a local walk with her.

Called in for tea as I'd forgot to put my slow cooker on this morning. Ordered Scampi with mushy peas and chips. My other half had the burger. I must say we enjoyed our meal very much and that's the best scampi & chips I've ever had, mushy peas were amazing. They have Beaver Town Neck Oil on tap with fancy glasses to serve. You won't be disappointed as with previous management. Will definitely be back! The staff are lovely..Thankyou

Great place, we booked in advance for Sunday lunchtime. Wasn't over crowded and had to give our details for track and trace. Lots of hand sanitiser stations around the dining room and a one way system in place. Great measures in place for using the toilet and showing if it's in use. The menu was Sunday roast only (on Sunday). 2 courses for Β£14.99. The roast was lovely and we had cauliflower cheese to share between two. Loved that we were given extra gravy in a jug. Yorkshire puddings were homemade which is always lovely to see. The roast beef was cooked well and was tender. My only criticism is that staff weren't wearing masks.

Lovely find in Corbridge. Great looking starters and fairly typical main courses but nicely done. The deserts were divine. Good selection of beers, many local. Spacious and airy restaurant area, which accommodated 12 of us easily on one set of tables, with liads of other tabkes besides. I would thoroughly recommend.

Stopped here after visiting nearby Corbridge Roman town. Good pub food. Looked like a good selection of local beers but as I was driving couldn’t sample. Friendly staff.

Me and partner walked from Hexham to Corbridge and came across the pub, Β£5 for 2 halves of coke, premises are comfortable and they have rooms for overnight stay, didn't look at the menu, sat outside in the open on a lovely sunny Saturday.

After visiting corbridge for years and eating at another pub in the village we noticed this hidden gem and thought we would give it a try and I have to say it is absolutely excellent from start to finish the service from the young man Conor serving and waiting on the tables is exemplary as is the food cooked by Leah the chef I had the Korean burger which was delicious to say the least and my wife had the Monterey burger which she Said was again absolutely delicious so to sum up this is indeed an amazing place to eat and drink and you can also stay here great value amazing food and hospitality and highly recommended by both of us

Every once in a while you find and absolute gem of a pub. My partner and myself hopped in the campervan and just headed out with no plan of where to stay for the night. We parked up in the pub carpark and I head into ask of we could stay overnight in the carpark. The venue does allow this on condition you either have food and drink or pay Β£20 for an overnight stay. We opted for the food which was amazing. Great staff and met some of the locals. Highly recommend this pub. Go on have an adventure and check this place out.
