Just had an overnight stay at the Dyvels. We were watching our son play for Tynedale RFC, which is right behind the pub, so an ideal place to stay. The room we stayed in was Kestrel, it was lovely, very tasteful and comfortable, I felt like I was in a Sherlock Holmes movie because of the age of the pub!! Staff were very friendly. Had a good chat with the chef who cooked us a fab full English this morning. Will definitely be back

Popped in today for some lunch after visiting dyvels home. My husband is a vegetarian so it was lovely to see a whole page of vegetarian options with some great dishes on. Hubby was spoilt for choice. Both our meals were delicious and so filling we were too full to try the dessert menu - hopefully next time as will definitely be back x

Lovely cosy little hotel. Staff warm and friendly, food portions massive! Too big for us but would suit a hearty appetite. Rooms large and dog friendly. Breakfasts options fab, nothing too much trouble

Great location. Excellent food and friendly staff. Large bedroom, well equipped. The only reason I haven't given the room 5 stars is because the bed needs a new mattress (mentioned to staff). I would definitely stay again.

Nice pub next to Corbridge rugby club. A good range of beers and food at good prices. Nicely decorated inside but quite small and large covered area outside and seats in garden.

Lovely visit today, great service from the attentive and freindly staff who were rushed off there feet with a big crowd in. Food was excellent particularly the steak sandwich from the specials, and the cider / ale were lovely pints. We'll definitely be back. So many places nowadays are trying to be this sort of pub but its faked or pretentious, this is the real deal

Drinks were a little hit and miss, the fish n chips were tasty, albeit had to be THE smallest fish I'd ever seen on a plate. I left still hungry, but all in all, it was a good stop off on way to the Rugby ground next door

I visited with a lunch group of 12 people and we had a room to ourselves. The food was good but the reason I dropped a star was because the service was slow. It is worth a visit and has a nice outdoor dining area.

The Dyvels with a warm welcome and decent pint of Ale for only £3.60 was enjoyed by a lot of folks exhibiting at the steam and vintage rally at the Tyne Dale rugby club.

Lovely pub and friendly staff. We stayed over for one night, room was spot on, very close to Corbridge and breakfast was fab.
