One of the best pub meals I’ve had in Maidenhead. The specials were to die for - the cod scotch egg, the lamb croquette and the crab. The pork belly for mains was perfect. And for dessert we loved the donuts. First class. Highly recommended. I truly enjoyed the meal.

Great food, but unfortunately it took around 25 mins for them to just take our drinks order, admittedly it was busy.
That said the Sunday roast was fantastic and I have no doubt I'll be dining here again very soon.

The service is amazing and nothing is too much trouble. I have allergies and they take the time to discuss these and provide an exceptional meal. Both the service and the food are the best I've experienced anywhere.
Amazing food. Everything we ordered including the kids meal were delicious and amazing quality. The ambience is great, the outside pods very comfortable and ideal for English weather where the sun turns in rain in a matter of seconds. The service was a bit slow but the staff attitude made up for it.
What a great pub! We went for a quick and late lunch and we were met with a smile and the food did not disappoint! Would recommend the fish!
A wonderful family Saturday lunch for our 50th wedding anniversary and the whole extended family had an excellent meal with extremely good service. The menu suited all of us including the children. I cannot speak highly enough of the enjoyment of the occasion.
We had a delightful dinner at the white oak. The shabby chic decor is crisp and inviting. The staff was quite friendly and personable. Every dish we ordered was cooked to perfection. Do yourself a favor and order the donuts for dessert.
