Uncle Tom's Cabin - Cookham Dean - Photo album

We went to Uncle Tom's Cabin to try their Sunday Roast and I have to say, it's one of the best I've ever had. The new chef had prepared some amazing starters, the kids loved their dishes, it's rare for mine to finish their plates but they were completely clean at the end! The roast meats were beauti
Superb Sunday lunch ! Everything we had from starters, mains to desserts were of truly high standards. Service was spot on staff very welcoming and great attention to detail.
Great location with well presented food (mains about £15) with a range of real ales in a lovely clean pub if you are in the area its a must. A real gem. If its nice sit in the rear garden
Amazing Sunday Lunch and great for the dog too 😊
We visited Uncle Tom's cabin many times in our two week stay in Cookham. I think it was the perfect definition of a comfy, friendly local pub. Good beers on tap, better-than-average pub food, and super friendly staff. It was super convenient at less than a 5 minute walk from our place but I'd still
A last minute choice but so glad we found Uncle Thomas Cabin. The food was excellent and the staff friendly. I would highly recommend the Lamb shoulder and the creme Brulee.
A cozy pub but apparently very popular among locals with high quality live music
Incredible food Michelin standard from the smallest kitchen!
Tried this place for drinks and dinner recently whilst staying in Cookham. Only a small group of locals in the bar when arrived. Ordered a drink and took a look at the menu. It’s a smallish pub with seating in the front bar area, a small restaurant area to the back and then more seating in a decked
7 of us having a belated Christmas catch up lovely meal very friendly staff varied menu . Very quiet but could have been because it was mud week and extremely cold. That would be my only little niggle that it was very cold where we were sat for meal
Great country pub, beautiful position, and look forward to visiting in the spring. Just been for Sunday lunch. Delicious big juicy prawns, and lovely tender beef.
Slightly quirky underground restaurant and bar. Food was good and young team were enthusiastic. Minor grumble in that menu descriptions need to be more accurate - for example cauliflower was served with cheese sauce which wasn't on the menu (it said served with seasonal vegetables) - a member of ou
This used to be our 'local' when we lived in Cookham 20 years ago. Went back recently while passing through and it has the same feel - a real village pub. Has been redecorated a little, and the menu expanded and improved with correspondingly increased prices, but we had a really good meal and a dece
Lovely Sunday lunch (the roast pork was delicious!). It wasn’t only the food that stood out as exceptional - the service did too. Professional yet warm and welcoming. Faultless in all areas, and so will certainly be visiting again with friends!
What a terrific place. Had a family dinner outdoors on a sunny day. Although, food was really decent its primary asset is the location. Patio facing a large green front yard is slightly elevated compared to surrounding area giving a great feeling of a countryside. Has a strong welcoming vibe and loo
Uncle Toms Cabin is an old English pub in the beautiful village of Cookham Dean. They have great food here, it gets very busy especially at the weekends so be sure to book if you plan on eating. There is also a very nice garden where you can sit and have your lunch while enjoying the sunshine. My on
What a beautiful and friendly place!! Just a separate 5 stars to the staff and chef! They welcomed my husband and myself as we are the family! Cooked the dinner for us, though the kitchen was closed few hours ago!!!! And the food was DELICIOUS!!!! The kindness makes this place SPECIAL!
