Our family (2 adults and 6 children ranging in ages from 4 to 16) were made to feel so welcome here when we visited on Friday. Lovely staff, great coffee and a real bonus to have a variety of plant milks too. Great to find a coffee shop with such a large choice for vegans. Wonderful atmosphere and lovely to be able to let all the family smell each of the varieties of rare tea and coffee varieties - such as oak smoked tea from Scotland, coffee blends roasted in Wales and herbal teas which can be served with a choice of syrups. Would highly recommend this shop to anyone who likes personal service with their drinks.
Attended a tea tasting here in September and found both ladies to be excellent tea and coffee experts. Love the little shop and the range of teas/coffees they offer in Conwy. Definitely worth a trip if you want to enjoy proper teas and coffees at home!
It doesn't look like much from outside but rest assured if you are a coffee or tea (including some delicious herbal varieties) fan this is the place for you. Fab coffee with super friendly helpful service thanks for the best coffee I have had in a long time.
Sian runs a great shop. Fantastic cappuccino and I am hard to please. Decaffeinated with soya. Lovely and creamy and tasty. Free wifi and she doesn't mind how long you stay. Will return.
Have been traveling Europe for the last 5 weeks and this little gem of a place was easily the best coffee to be found anywhere. highly recommended.
Just had a rhubarb, strawberry and peach bubble tea made traditionally!!! Lovely refreshing drink! Would highly recommend it!!

I came across this shop whilst on holiday last year. The lady in the shop was very friendly and knowledgeable. I have been getting the decaf beans delivered for over a year now and the quality has always been excellent. Some stock is unavailable but the alternatives have been a nice surprise. Highly recommended.
Stumbled upon this gem this weekend, absolutely lovely little shop with an impressive selection of teas, coffees and brewing equipment. We really enjoyed the quiet and personal experience that Seibiant gives, the owner is extremely passionate and knowledgeable, and the coffees we had there were incredible.
A lovely shop and very knowledgeable owner. I've been collecting and trying different teas for years and I was impressed by the range of rare tea and unique blends available. The owner also guided me towards a coffee my partner now loves despite me knowing very little about coffee.
We will definitely be visiting again next time we're in Conwy
Probably best quality cup of coffee you could find in Conwy. Owner is very knowledgeable and friendly. Didn't have time to try the teas, but definitely will next time I'm in the area!

I discovered seibiant before covid I went into the store, the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. I made a order and it was delivered quickly and I will definitely be ordering again. The range of herbal teas is impressive.

The staff really know about tea and coffee, and it is a uniquely Welsh take on an artisan coffee shop, with local, ethical milk from Welsh farmers.
