* pet friendly and expensive For the best view, consider requesting a window seat. The restaurant is a bit expensive, but it offers excellent service. I highly recommend trying their hot chocolate,it's truly delicious. Additionally, the breakfast options are ok. Do checkout the small display on the ground floor inside the coffee shop.

Hands down the BEST vegan sandwich I’ve ever had! It was a massive portion and was absolutely delicious. It was a bit more expensive than we’d usually pay back home but totally worth the price for the lovely food and great location. There’s even a little exhibit downstairs which was an added bonus. We’ll definitely be back if we visit Conwy again

If you get a window seat, you get a brilliant view! The filter coffee was nice, and the dark chocolate brownie was really good. Edit: whoop, vegan cakes!

Lovely little places to grab drinks and snacks in a very unusual setting. Staff were really friendly and helpful. They serve many alternative milks (including oat, soy and rice) and had a good selection of snacks. There are a few tables downstairs as well if not reserved so don't be put off if it looks busy when you arrive. A nice place to relax after exploring the nearby castle.

A fabulous location with great views of the harbour if you get a window seat. The staff are very friendly and efficient. The food is not cheap but very good value for money: I had the best club sandwhich I have ever had. High quality ingredients very well prepared. My final tip is: even if you don't need to visit the toilet it is worthwhile taking a trip downstairs ....

Just called in for hot drinks, one being a hot chocolate, was asked if I'd like fresh cream & marshmallows, of course why not, absolutely delicious, it was like having a drink & dessert all rolled into one, thank you, lovely little cafe, great service, x

What a little gem! We had a decent coffee and hot chocolate plus some really good cake, the lady behind the counter was friendly and acknowledged us arriving and leaving. Down the stairs by the toilets is a room with a mini museum well worth a look.

Best views of any coffee shop in Conwy, looking out over the river. Locally roasted light roast coffee and freshly made food. Deliciously perfect. Next door to the Knights shop, so easily reachable from the castle end of the quay, or by walking up Castle Street. (In a medieval tower so not wheelchair accessible unless you've got a catapult).

Beautiful place to sit and have a coffee and crumpet. If you’re lucky get one of the window seats to enjoy the view of the bay! The music playing was very calming too

A hidden gem with incredible views of the bay, plus the best coffee in Wales with a choice of plant milks. What a great place!

Nice cafe, gorgeous deep filled sandwich’s that filled us up! Great selection of drinks. It was abit cold inside, but that’s due to the nature of the building being in an old castle turret! Could maybe use a heater on the colder days. Looking for some lunch bites on a Sunday afternoon, after walking around the castle it’s right across the road!
