After a 2.5hr journey and a very unwelcome experience in Conwy town because of the lack of wheelchair access this place made it all worth it. The staff were beyond amazing. Had a lovely day visiting the castle. After this, decided to pop in for a drink and something to eat. Staff very friendly, had a laugh with us. Asked us where we were from and how long we were visiting. Felt very welcome.

Wonderful little tea shop! We stopped in Conwy on a cruise shore excursion. I have to say this little shop is one of my favorite places we stopped at on the trip.

New owners as of Jan - lovely couple who make a great coffee! (Faring from Australia we are picky.) scones and cakes fresh, tasty, well priced. Had a lovely chat with them - made our visit to Conwy very pleasant! Lovely position under the castle.

This is a fabulous little tea rooms. The staff and the new manager Karen are warm, welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed some lovely panninis and the most delicious lemon cake ever!! Enjoy your visit you won't be disappointed x
