Just had a wonderful Welsh Lamb roast dinner here and it was so lovely. Large portions, excellent price. It was cooked to perfection and so tasty. Bar staff and serving staff were so friendly and welcoming and very attentive. This restaurant is open to both people on the park but also to the public. Would definitely recommend trying it out and good menus. Will definitely be back again. Well done to the chef cooking today. Keep up the good work.
Absolutely Top Class! Food is delicious and a change from the norm. The family team running this bar/restaurant make it a super place to hang out. The kids play outside on their bikes/scooters and nothing is too much trouble x such a great asset to this caravan park...... Thank you Mo and gang x
Came here in Aptil with the family and what a brilliant location. I came with the wife the 2 kids and our dog. its 1 of the few sites that allows dogs so the advantage is no kennel fees. Its a clean site. Kids really enjoyed themselves as beach not far away and there was space at the side of the caravan for the lads to kick a ball around. Caravan was very clean. I highly recommend it for a great family holiday.
Restaurant is always very good menu pitched nicely and reasonably priced. In a quiet setting. Family friendly. Outdoor seating. Bar is reasonable with some nice NZ Sauvignon Blancs and San Miguel on tap. Big groups need to call ahead but they can amicably cater for tables of 10. Sunday roasts are particularly good.
Amazing caravan park, been coming for 15+years and it never gets old! Love the new restaurant and bar, honestly the best food in Conwy and its on the caravan park!! All homemade food and staff are absolutely wonderful! Such lovely people and atmosphere. As there was 4 of us we tried most of the menu and everything was delish fish and chips was amazing, burgers, ribs, pizzas, starters but the fried chicken was my fave! So good. Also should point out you don't have to have a caravan to eat there it's open to all! Best time ever will never stop coming back x
Its a caravan park with 165 caravans on it ,10 mins walk from conwy town.the site has no facilities no club house and renters are not allowed to bring dogs on site.
Had Sunday lunch. It exceeded my expectations a great deal. Service was very good and was excellent value for money. Only gripe was that carrots were undercooked. Believe it closes for end of season end of October.
Fabulous friendly place, great for a relaxing time. Easy to walk to the beach which is great for taking children and dogs as there is loads of space. The food in the restaurant is really good. It's a nice walk to Conwy where there are a good range of shops, pubs and restaurants. It's a great base for exploring North Wales.
time period, 3rd to the 10th of July.
came here on a last minute decision for a break. glad to say I'm.not disappointed. lovely quiet site and set in lovely scenery. there is a site bar and restaurant which are very handy if you want to have a few drinks and grab something to eat. the staff are excellent and very efficient and friendly. the food is good and all homemade. maybe a few more outdoor tables for when the bar is open, as to sit out in the sun, which I was told there are later on in the season.
the site member of staff I spoke to was very friendly and helpful with the information I needed at that momentin time.
the caravan we chose was with Christine Patterson, and must say not a bad decision at all, more than you need. there are even tea towels in case you forget to bring and tea and coffee. well equipped with everything you need for your stay at the park. very nicely decored out with the finishing touches to the caravan. well worth a visit.
Conwy is just a 10 minute drive from the site, which has a spar shop which is handy to pick up your essential items you need. Aldi and Asda are situated in Llandudno 15 to 20 minutes or so away. Llandudno junction houses Tesco, McDonald's, KFC and a variety of takeaways that you might want to take advantage of on your stay, and is about 10 minutes away.
Really nice site in a fantastic location just off the A55 just past the conwy tunnel. There is a road one side and a railway track the other side. This was not a problem as the noise was minimal. No other noise at all never heard a peep out of anybody else on site.Walking routes up the hills directly opposite with fantastic views.Conwy and llandudno just a short drive away.Conwy beach is just a 15 minute walk. The restaurant on site was nice and cosy and our roast beef sunday lunch there was superb. One of the best i have had anywhere to be honest.
Ate here recently and was really impressed. Wife had pan fried liver and bacon on a bed of mash and wouldn't stop telling me how nice it was !
I had a full rack of ribs with fried and a side order of huge onion rings which are about the best I've had. Ribs were good too! Plenty of meat which was almost falling off the bone.
Looking forward to next time.
I really enjoy my visits to Bryn Morfa, it is in a lovely quiet location, near to the beach, marina and the beautiful old town of Conwy is only 1 mile away. I got my first ever caravan last year and the site owners are really helpful and friendly. The restaurant/bar has lovely food and a nice atmosphere and has good quality entertainment on, usually during holidays.
The site grounds are well maintained with lots of trees and plants. I also like the small outdoor seating area outside the bar, it is a real sun trap. I would certainly recommend Bryn Morfa.
Been here for 25 plus years, love the area, have sea sand, mountains and countryside on hand. Conway is a great town, our park is well kept and friendly the staff are very helpful.
Food is good but a bit pricy when you come every week. Just wish club did more at weekend in the day, football, afternoon tea, morning coffee, because it is a nice place to socialise
Came here in June 2017 and am returning this year in august. It is a lovely site with a mountain climb across the road, great food (although a tad pricey) and good facilities. Its good for the type of kid who is glued to a screen all day but loves an adventure deep down. The only bad thing is that if you are staying near to the railway bridge it can wake you up. (I only woke up once on the first day so its not that bad). Anybody who leaves anything below a 4 star review must have no interest in the beauty and coagulated adventure this caravan park has to offer.
