Wow. Signatures Restaurant made me realise that perhaps I have been too lenient at other locations.
The flavour and presentation of the food is exemplary. The Lobster Bisgue served with a Ciabatta crisp, Crab Rillette, and butter poached prawn, was heaven. The atmosphere with a huge open kitchen man
What can I say? An amazing place for food. It was on point. Delicious. All the staff were awesome and very friendly. I wish we lived closer but hopefully we will be back one day.

Food is consistently fantastic, the staff are professional while also friendly and the setting is stylish and comfortable. I have visited several times over the last few years and every time the food has been delicious and the staff have been brilliant. I love the cocktail menu and separate bar area

Service needs attention, though. Was greeted upon arrival and shown a seat to wait in the bar/reception area.
Wasn't asked if we wanted drinks, so I went to the bar. However, it took a while as they were getting table orders ready.

Sat outside for a glass of wine whilst waiting for the electric car to charge. Lovely spot, but the fast chargers were really hit and miss. Great when they work but often not working.
Don't be fooled by the slightly out of the way location - this is a fine dining restaurant. The decor inside is very smart and the cocktails were will made and well presented. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the presentation of the main courses and desserts was faultless. So why only 4 star
