It's a KFC, everyone knows what you get, this one is based in Consett on the Hermiston Retail Park very accessible from the main road and offers a great range of chicken products, I would put them mid range for value, best as a take away rather than on site consumption as the restaurant side is pret

Ordered through uber eats as priority service but took nearly hour to arrive and then chips was ice cold so inedible, the chicken on the burger was so dry the edges were hard and unable to eat it

Can be a bit slow to get through when busy but well worth it just to see Abbie 😁 Am sure they do their utmost to get orders sorted asap.

The restaurant was understaffed so food was taken longer than usual. That said the meal was exceptionally good and the lady manager was so apologetic, a great visit considering the pressure the staff team were under

Excellent meal friendly staff the only downside was the waiting time in the drive through took ages.

Food was nice and hot but was a bit of a wait. Asked for salt told they would put some in the bag. But never did. And gravy was pretty wartery

Food was good as usual, unfortunately if you go in you have a long wait to be served and just as long for your food. Delivery and drive thru have taken priority over sit in. Needs to be addressed

Been to many a KFC and this is one of the better ones, pleased it’s now my local branch. Well cooked food and they always get the order right. (Unlike two I’ve used in Newcastle). Friendly staff too.
