This is a great pub to stop in at if you have little ones. Their playground is a nice addition to keep the kids distracted while the adults talk.

Lovely updated pub/restaurant. Very welcoming interior and nice front garden with tables and a children's play area. Rear patio seating is nice as well. Has certainly changed since my last visit. People waiting outside for it to open at noon, like us. Really nice food, starters and roast. Seating outside back and front, nice atmosphere 😊

What a lovely pub, very friendly staff, great food, good price, even catered for our little ones. Would definitely recommend. So glad we found this place, so near to services, and good to have a decent meal instead of fast food.

Great traditional pub and one of very few left with reasonably priced beer
Very friendly landlord. Wonderful atmosphere. Excellent service. Couldn't have been more helpful. Nine of us dining. All meals came out together. Wonderful meal with friends. Would certainly visit again and recommend to friends and family.
