I have stayed here quite a number of times now - it will always be my 1st choice if I'm working locally.
The menu is always fantastic - freshly made, and clearly cooked with care & pride - never had a bad meal. The only issue is deciding what to have!!
The rooms are clean, well presented and comfy -

We visited during a period of very warm weather. Good bedroom with king-sized bed and plenty of storage. Shower room had exceptional power shower but no grab rail and nowhere convenient to put your towel. Traffic noise is an issue unfortunately and the heat made it more difficult to get to sleep. A
The food was superb. All of us really enjoyed our dishes. Cooked to perfection with top notch ingredients, fresh herbs and spices used to great effect. Friendly service, great coffee and the atmosphere was great. Not as busy as expected in holiday season.

Lovely,Lovely,night!!! It was a last minute dot com decision to stay,and believe you me it was the correct one! The whole team are friendly,knowledgeable and want you to enjoy yourself. The Room was superb,shower was hot and powerful,bed comfy and the wee extras.....

Food is great. Rooms are gorgeous. We had a great stay. Pub is more like a restaurant, which closes relatively early, so there was no late noise whilst we stayed, which was nice
Three of us had a great lunch. The rare roast bavette steaks were really tasty, as was the fish stew, and the vegetables were excellent. The desserts were too tempting and equally good. The dining room is comfortable, the service friendly & good and there’s a good selection of drinks.
Ideal as overnight stay, with 15 min easy drive to Bristol Airport. Very pretty large beer garden, lots of free parking. Food very good, but for me portions were on generous side! Breakfast choice good too. All nicely presented. Room amenities, guest tray toiletries all very good and bed comfy. We
Absolutely lovely place , stayed while on business. Very warm welcome . They seem to have thought of everything . Very old listed building but very sympatheticly modernised inside . Food was of a very high standard , wide choices . Well done
Lovely pub and restaurant with large accessible car park and garden. The accomodation sounds great but didn't see it myself. Lovely, professional staff and excellent selection of drinks. Dog and family friendly.

Thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay with friends. Food and service excellent. Friendly staff and everywhere clean and fresh. Close to various tourist attractions or just pretty walks and villages. Highly recommended.

Congresbury Arms has just reopened after the winter. Had a lovely meal on their opening night. Food was brilliant. No wait. Left feeling really satisfied and very full! Going back on Sunday for Sunday roast. Probably the best in the area! Just saying.
