Excellent food well prepared, well kept cask ales.
Attentive and pleasant staff. Lunch menus Pub Grub and a good selection. Dog friendly.
Good pub, lovely friendly staff...Good choice of beer's...I didn't have food that was being served.

This is a beautiful located pub just outside Congleton by the canal service was second to none really made you feel welcome as soon as you arrived the fish and chips were beautifully cooked fresh battered fish with lemon the chips were the best chips I've had in a while and the mushy peas
Excellent service great food all homemade good choice of Beer locally sourced. Good choice of Rosé wine. Really enjoyable

Ate here while on a narrow boat trip. Location from the canal was great. Food was good. Service was good too.
What a fabulous meal we had, just dropping in. Fabulous food, great friendly staff, they let dogs in, great big outdoor area for all to use when weather is fit.
Clean, warm, highly recommend a visit, cus the food is fabulous with a great gluten free choice too.
You will not be disappointed.
