Love the food and the people who run the raj. I recommend it top marks xx
Great menu, food and staff. What's not to like?
Excellent meal staff very friendly 5*
Had an excellent meal here last week. Really friendly and even got a mushroom rice thrown in!
Archery, otherwise achari, chicken is delicious! My favourite meal ever!
The food here (at least what I got) was great and quite tasty. The staff could sometimes have a better attitude when interacting with the customers (they can sometimes be dry with the customers).
The atmosphere can be quiet sometimes, but the place is spaced out well and doesn't feel cramped, which is good.
Now, however, I have heard over the past few years since the pandemic, that the food is way too overcooked or sometimes undercooked, that the rice often feels like its been re-used or overcooked more than once.
I haven't had anything to complain about with their food so far from my experience. But I'm not denying that it's true, hopefully they have improved everything since then.
Real nice fresh food !! 1st time ordering from here and its 1 of the best
nice friendly staff too! Will be ordering again!!! ;) A ***** ty!
Good quality Indian restaurant. I either take away or have delivered without any issues. Online app is clear and easy to use with delivery within the hour.
Dishes all as expected, arriving hot and without mishap / mess. Ratio of meat/ veg and sauce seems about right at the prices listed.
Best Indian food in County down. And very keenly priced.
Great place. Have been using it as the standard against which all other Indian restaurants must compete. Downside? For some reason they felt the need to paint over the character of the place. The decor is bland now. The murals on the walls have gone. I loved those. It's in bad need of a revamp. Can't complain about the food tho. Love it.
Change of ownership since I last visited, but the fresher decor has brightened the place. Abdul the waiter, made us all welcome working on his own. It is hit or miss with customers through the week, but busy at weekends. My Chat purie was tasteful and main meal being a balti chicken tikka was only a 2star for those that arent into hot spices was full with chicken. No cut backs here to save money, and only 7 miles from Belfast city center, is worth a buffet on some afternoons, or a relaxing indian meal. Unfortunately it is a flight of stairs to the restaurant.
Nice meal ...generous portions. Food served in a timely manner... and obviously freshly cooked. A definite favourite place to go at the weekend...
Food fantastic as always. The staff are polite helpful and nothing is too much trouble always with a smile. The toilets possibly could do with an update.
The best Indian restaurant in the area. Staff are excellent and are always so helpful and pleasant. They go out of their way to please you. Definitely recommend
Just back from my birthday dinner. Great food and lots of it and excellent service and wonderful staff make it my favoritem place to go for a celebration. The staff treat you like a queen!
The food is excellent and the head waiter very friendly. However the decor definitely needs direction as it in no way shows of the physical potential of the space.
Definitely the best Indian in comber the decor isn't anything to write home about but definitely the place to go if you're lookin good grub
Nice Indian food, either sit in or takeaway. Nice staff. You can bring your own wine, which is a plus.
Amazing indian. Chicken tikka dopiaza special is amazing. Service is excellent. Well worth the drive from Belfast!!!!
Usually have a carryout never fails to impress gorgeous food lovely people would nt go for any other take away menu this restaurant is amazing 😊✴✴✴✴✴
This was an Indian restaurant in the middle of a small village. We were staying at the nearby La Mon hotel and called them - they kept the restaurant open till we ordered. Can't thank enough.
