I called in for a lunchtime drink after a trip on the Seaton tramway. A very pleasant little pub with a super friendly landlady. Definitely worth popping in if you're passing by, or fancy somewhere to go at the end of the tramline.
We only had a drink here after a ride on the Seaton tramways, but it's a lovely pub with both a back garden area and a front seating area too. Beer was a very reasonable price too.
A very warm welcome was had, and a lovely fire to sit by. Decorated for Halloween but would happily go back in the summer.
Really nice establishment we went on a Friday had their fish and chips special, more than enough cooked fresh served hot, and all the staff were extremely helpful
Will visit again when in the area
Called in The Gerrard on Sunday 28th May following a trip on the Seaton Tramway. Eight of us (4 couples). Marvellous welcome, sunny and very busy tabled rear garden. Magical bonus of a ? Local A Capella group of guys (bouys🤔) singing shanty’s and folk songs. Massive shame the last return tram to Sea
A proper pub

Under new management since July '22 the Gerard Arms is a simple, welcoming pub with a lovely wood fire. It serves good beer with a friendly welcome. There is a skittle alley and boules pitch out the back. If you're lucky you'll be entertained on a Tuesday by the Rebel Strummers of Colyton - the loca
Love this place, good old fashioned pub 'etiquette' - no WiFi, basic, but good food at sensible prices (no "arty farty"!!) Lots of locals and walkers, enjoying the easiness and simplicity of what a good local should be. A refreshing change.
Nice friendly pub, good ales and food.
