Been here a few times and will always go back. Lovely environment and staff - Cool, hip and funky. Naturally, the food is brilliant and of real good value. An absolute must for someone who wants a modern chip shop experience with slight hipster feelings without the pretentiousness!
Always such a pleasant experience here, portions are large and extremely good value for money. Everyone that works there makes you feel like they’re happy to see you, food is always freshly made and there is never any long waits. Would highly highly recommend!

Also if you can visit in person, always order through their website, I think it's cheaper or something, but the delivery is fastest!

Normally order for delivery which is great but on the few occasions I have been in to order and take away I have always had to wait ages, even when I can see all the food sitting there waiting. They always seem to get delivery orders sorted first, even though there are always lots of staff. Surely one person could serve the people that come in to take away.

We love Neptune bar, the staff are really friendly, nothing is too much work for them. The best fresh cut chips in norwich!!!!! and the fish also very good. We ordered Pizzas for my daughter's birthday that we celebrated in a park and they delivered there, al guests were asking where the pizzas where from. Totally recommend this place. Good price.
