It's some time since we've visited the Radnor and it was well worth returning. The decor has been updated in understated Cotswold country style, with tools from the original Forge adorning the walls. The menu offered plenty of choices, far from your run of the mill pub food. Even for someone with gluten and soya intolerances like me, there were choices to be had. My starter was a fresh and refreshing crayfish salad, with just the right balance of fruit and dressing, whilst the OH had lamb koftas, which went down a treat! Main courses were Duck (cooked to perfection according to the OH) and sea bass for me, elegantly presented and complemented by zingy ginger and a delicious crushed potato cake with crab meat. Puds were panacotta and sticky toffee pudding. Given there was hardly even the pattern left on the plate, obviously an all round success. The house Merlot was reportedly very flavoursome.

Lovely country pub with lots of history. The friendly locals are the real thing with a few great characters. Real ale brewed on the premises, home cooked food with locally sourced game on the menu. What more could you ask?

Fantastic value for money. Staff friendly and efficient. Roaring log fires and liked the intimate feel of this delightful pub. Plenty of parking space.

Brilliant old Smithy turned into an inn in 1949. Can still see the smithy entranceway and chimneyplace (currently undergoing an update). Nice beer and options for food. Small interior, but adequate seating inside and out. Good sized garden. Friendly staff.

We popped into the Radnor Arms after a cycle ride at the nearby national trust site Coleshill as we’d heard they we’re now serving food. The staff were excellent, our 5 year old made fast friends with them. The food was great, very large menu, and served prompt. We will definitely be back again.

Great find after a long walk. There are a few zones which are all very cozy and differently decorated. This is a walk with a warm welcome and tasty food to look forward too. The food was all fresh and well prepared. We'll definitely be back.

Lovely evening meal at the Radnor Arms in Coleshill. A small but very appetising menu of classic pub grub, all of which was cooked well and very enjoyable. Good choice of indoor and outdoor seating, and very dog friendly. Good beer and great service. Only little thing that let it down was the pudding choices, only having 2 options. Cannot recommend this place enough, and will definitely be revisiting!

Outstanding! The service, welcome and atmosphere were wonderful. The Sunday roasts we had were, we all agreed, amongst the best we'd ever had- and we've had a few! The quality of the food was exceptionally high, with our highlights spanning the gravy, tenderness and colour of the beef and the range of perfectly roasted and steamed accompanying vegetables. The children had the fish and chips, which again were exceptional. And there was plenty to fill us up after a nice walk round the NT estate and walks. Our dogs were welcomed with biscuits and regular fusses from staff and other diners alike. As the website says, there aren't many tables, so do book ahead.

A little gem! Food is amazing, fresh local produce and great quality. The new team here are really welcoming, observing covid19 regulations but still offering a fabulous dining experience. The steak night on a Wednesday is such good value & the Sunday lunch is divine. Go try it, you wont be disappointed!

Set at the heart of a pretty Cotswold village, the Radnor Arms is one of my favourite pubs to go to eat or just stop by for a decent pint. Recently had a great Sunday lunch there. Not my first time and certainly not my last. The young chef puts out seasonal pub meals of precision without being pretentious. Great value - I've never left hungry! I find the selection of wines and well kept ales are spot on. The bar and restaurant are kept cosy with fires always roaring in the colder months. Dog friendly too!

Went for an evening meal with the wife. Not too busy on arrival. A friendly greeting from the chap behind the bar. We were given plain typed menu's that had been laminated - the sort you would expect in a seaside chippy. And the menu looked like typical pub grub. We chose our food. I tried two different ales (brewed in the microbrewery at the pub) - and I'm very fussy about beers. Both were beautifully conditioned and thoroughly enjoyed. The food arrived - I had Pie of the day (Steak & Ale) (£8.95) and she had veggie lasagne (£7.50). The food tasted fab and came in big portions. Plain menu but top restaurant presentation and quality. Couldn't fault it. Traditional Apple Pie and Custard to follow. Yum. ...finally nice decaf coffee from beans - an excellent flat white. Best of all for the fab food and service was how small the bill was. Well done the Radnor Arms, we'll be back.
