In store today and my mum took not well , staff were amazing , so helpful and caring. They made sure she sat down and got her some water so thank you very much
Today I was doing my big weekly shop at Sainsbury's coleraine. As usual I had some of my kids with me, my 4 year old son and 12 week old baby daughter. As we approached the tills my daughter became very upset and was crying sorely. Thankfully a lovely lady from the Sainsbury's team came and offered to put my groceries up onto the belt and also pack them for me so that I could comfort my baby. You have no idea how grateful I am to this lady and how much she helped me today. Not only did she use her initiative but she also went on to help me to the car and even helped get my bags and kids in in the pouring rain! I'm so annoyed I didn't get her name but the lady on the till was called Sophie who was also lovely and very efficient. Both these staff really deserve to be commended! Thankyou so much!
Sainsbury's coleraine is an excellent store, I love the quality of the food, the opening times are convenient and the staff are lovely, they are friendly, helpful and pleasant, they always great you with a smile and chat and the atmosphere yesterday morning at 6.15 when I did my Christmas shop was delightful the staff were full of the Christmas spirit such a delight so early in the morning! I would like to take this opportunity to wish all at Sainsbury's Coleraine a very happy Christmas π and wish you all a Happy, healthy and peaceful Nee Year ..,see you all in 2017!!
Don't like the layout of this store. I am used to Strand road store, Derry. Found everything I needed using aisle signage and did self check out. Was just a quick visit to get a few things but took a bit longer than expected. I wonder is store layout deliberate so you buy more? π€π
Parking was the one major factor. The spaces are wide and unlike some they provide 3 hours or more. Would never go near other retail park with unscrupulous parking companies. NEVER

Shop looks a little dated, but good range and spacious. Smart shop is handy but mobile signal not amazing, and the O2 WiFi when you don't have O2 is a faff
Great now I use the smart shop app. Affordable prices, clean store. Could use modernising a bit. Wider choice and quality would be good on fresh fruit and vegetables. I often think when browsing this store how strange it is that the actual grocery section is so small.
Good selection of most things, some nice stuff and some very nice stuff.
Bought a boneless shoulder lamb roast and have to say that it was too die for ..roasted it and it was so yummy ....so tender and moist!! Will definitely buy more meat from Sainsbury's
Had what we needed. Argos useful if need additional items. Order 24 hours ahead.
Usually not too busy. Tills aren't as busy as other supermarkets in the town. Good range of produce.
Best place to shop... lovely store so clean and friendly. I love the variety of products and little things for your home. Only thing is I miss the cafe for a nice relaxing cuppa.
