Following a recent visit, the store had easy access for wheelchair users and plenty of space for a wheelchair throughout. Helpful and friendly staff on newspaper till but the restaurant is different story. The guy that takes your order has shakes and sweats no idea, hopefully he is well enough, definitely not a people person.
Called into the cafe today for quick coffee on way to a hospital appointment. Was greeted by a lady called gillian, from start to finish she couldn't have been more helpful or nice nothing was too much trouble, the food was great too ! .. on our way out a staff member who was on her tea break cam

I wish to thank the lovely lady who gave an elderly lady with dementia her prescription today . She took time to chat , smile and take a real interest in her . As a result the elderly lady took her medication easily as she had such a positive experience in the pharmacy

I was in Asda today and I asked one of their workers, who was working away stacking shelves, for some assistance. The man went above and beyond what I asked of him. One of the politest most genuine workers I’ve come across in a long time. His name is Roland, he is a true gent and Asda are very luck
