Have eaten here on several occasions while staying at the Premier Inn Hotel. I have to say it is almost always a pleasant, relaxed place to eat with good, friendly, personable service. Toilets while upstairs were clean.

Ross who served us was great and should be manager, as his personality made the experience really welcoming, I had green soup( was broccoli) and really tasty, food was perfect and quick,and fresh cooked,price was really good too.will be back again.

First visit to this establishment. Food was excellent and tasty. Prices exceptionally keen during this cost of living crisis too. Staff very friendly. Clean and pleasant surroundings all made it an enjoyable stop.

What can we say . Ate here everyday for a week as we’re staying in the premier inn next door as we were here for the North west 200 The staff on breakfast were brilliant we were well looked after. The staff in the evening were so good, looked after our everyneed , the food was good but the service was better and a credit to table table , they made sure we were ok asked about our day made sure we were finding our destinations the next day so can I say a big thank you to

Very friendly waitress she always has a smile on her face and a friendly attitude about her. Food was really good hot and full of taste. Place was very clean and tidy. There was 3 of us today and we all enjoyed our meals. Thank you.

They have a really lovely vegan/vegetarian menu and all the gravy they make is vegan too.
For my wife's birthday, they didn't have any sparkle candles for the dessert, so they presented her with a box of Milk Tray.

I wouldnt even rate this place 1 star. Waited an hour on our mains to come , had to ask one of the waiters were our food was. He said there is a mix up in the kitchen and he will go check, came down and said our food was being plated up.. came down after 10 minuites .. i got a cheese burger which was cremated. My friend got which they call a medium steak .. came out again cremated couldnt get the knife through it .. my boyfriend got the bbq ribs , no meat on them at all .. all served with frozen chips.
I took one bite of it and that was enough .. walked up and they didnt charge us .. which was reasonable. Least to say we wont be back
Now enjoying our burger king right beside it after an hour and a half of complete disaster.

I’m literally just leaving this place with my family and brother in laws family and can honestly say it was the worst meal and service I’ve ever had! Food was vile, half of us couldn’t eat it! The roast potatoes were that burnt you could of put a window through with them! Couldn’t even get a fork into them! The kids meals were freezing, and the quality of the ribs was disgusting! The only word I can use to describe the lasagna was slop! Couldn’t leave the place quick enough! Will never be back!

Regularly take my wife and kids for dinner and always enjoy it. Wait is never very long and food is always piping hot (just the way I like it), and the Guinness draught is perfect.
Only mistake I've experienced is bringing the wrong Burger meal last night for my son, but he ate it anyway and they knocked it off the bill without being asked, as well as apologising several times.
Would recommend.

Very disappointed last night, had to leave with no meal after 45 minutes waiting for food!! Staff said they didn't know it was going to take so long and we were in after a large table and other tables. On way out talking to people who had waited 1 hour for food that had to go back as was cold or burnt. Have received vouchers for money off but won't be using them.

Ordered a steak medium rare and when it came out it was raw. When i told the staff they re cooked the steak and left it inedible!!!! Staff had no personality or manners!
