Best burger I've had in a long time!!! The patty was delicious and the bun seemed freshly baked. I had the spicy burger and seasoned fries. The season fries were double fried; nice and crunchy on the outside fluffy on the inside. Couldn't fault it!!!
Cheese and Bacon Wagyu burger was divine. Toasted brioche, was soft and light. No excess grease and burger was cooked to perfection. Loved the chunky onions. Will definitely be back.
We visited The Gourmet Express and had a Wagyu Burger and a Wild Boar hotdog and honestly is the food was amazing!!! 5* and the owner was so friendly. Would recommend and will certainly be visiting again very soon.

The gentleman serving me was so friendly and chatty. My partner had bought a wrap from another stall at the designer outlet but they only provided a small napkin and it was difficult to manage, we were passed a fork and more napkins straight away when we got to this stall - such a friendly gesture. Then a conversation about his passion for good quality street food and when I got my order it was clear to see. Incredibly tasty and high quality food and I will be back!
Been wanting a burger from Gourmet express for quite sometime.
Had one today and it was well worth the wait.
I had the spicy burger, mega taste sensation!!
All the ingredients are excellent, I highly recommend this burger if you like spice.

Caught them at Swindon Outlet Centre today and tried the new spicy wagyu burger. All cooked fresh. Great quality burger and was an absolute cracker, perfect blend of spice and flavour! 100% would recommend!
Popped up a few times recently in a few locations in the area.
Talked to the owner for a while who was really nice.
He explained about the herd and couldn't emphasise enough about how the farmer and he prefers quality over quantity. Means there can be a limited supply so if he pops up in your area get in quickly!
Had the cheeseburger and fries first time around, and the same the next time minus the fries. Instead we had the chili loaded tacos which filled the hole.
Definitely was a good quality burger which I would recommend!
Paul (and his sister) provided the evening food (burgers, fries and dirty fries) at our wedding reception in May. Our guests raved about the burgers! No hook ups to the van are necessary which was a huge bonus for us. Paul was super easy to contact and I would recommend to anyone looking to cater their wedding receptions, parties etc.
We had some fabulous food from the ‘The Gourmet Express’ at the Eastbourne Vintage Festival - far better quality than other food on offer. Lovely owner who I hope does well over the course of this Bank Holiday and in the future!
