Small coffee and gift shop with a lovely intimate atmosphere. Good food, lovely cakes, delicious ice cream, great coffee, tea, hot chocolate as well as a range of soft drinks. I particularly recommend the elderflower presse. Staff are friendly and accommodating, helpful with a good sense of humour. Would certainly recommend and they do takeaways as well.
Popped in for hot chocolate which was delicious. Friendly staff in a lovely gift and coffee shop. Didn't try the food but it looked good.

We stopped here on our way to Edinburgh to grab a light lunch and stretch out legs a little. The host was so friendly, and very good with our shy little girl, really put a smile on all our faces. And a good cup of coffee too! Thankyou so much, for lunch and your kindness

Quirky but comfortable place for a coffee and cake. It was fully the only place open on the Sunday we could find on the Sunday in Coldstream. Owner friendly and chatty as were the other customers who were local happy to go back again.
Passing through the other day right on the main road cant miss it plenty of parking in and around the streets a few mins walk and your in the cozy little place of castrums there is table and chairs around and a nice sofa near the door, coffee and soup was the order nice strong coffee how i like it and soup thick and full of flavour with a nice chunky slice of bread all good in my eyes of course lashings of butter think they are priced right and were extremely very helpful as i do normally like the coffee with pouring keen to go and get some i happy to have the standard milk made the coffee a little stronger neva puts me off amd they were well informed of local businesses to which i was enquiring and was guided to local man couple of streets away in all a productive delightful visir to coldstream and will be calling again on regular trips up that way

A great find very friendly and do great food and coffee and they sell ice cream and gifts etc .your made to feel at home and very knowledgeable about the area bikers welcome but not to many as space is limited will stop there again next time we are that way
