Staff was professional and helpful. The store is clean and hygienic, all the cakes look stunning. I came to buy a birthday cake as I tried my friend's Cakebox cake and it tasted delicious.

Best cake shop in colchester. I've been in and bought many of these cakes to try since they have opened and I have no faults. The sponge is always light and fluffy and the fruit is always lovely and fresh. I highly recommend.
Bought a cake today and picked it up early. Everyone absolutely loved the cake, they couldn’t even tell it was eggfree. I would 100% get from here again. Only downside was that the name was piped incorrectly but i may have misspelt it, and it made a funny joke regardless! Thank you so much!!
I am regular customet of cakebox colchester and I bought many cakes for birthday celebrations and the services they providing is best in class and the cakes are too delicious and go for it.

Excellent cakes and staff are very helpful went in at opening time 10am to get a cake i had ordered for 2pm and thay offered to make it for me early as i was there excellent service and even more excellent cake i would recommend going in for a look i do warn you once you go in you will be leaving with cake!!!

Fresh, tasteful, a big range of cakes to select, the stuff was very helpful and their prices are on the spot.
