Lovely food options in the restaurant and very tasty. There are options of mean meals, sandwiches and chips, cakes and children's meals. Soft drinks and alcohol available.
We also visited the trail which was £3.50 each (free for under 2). A bag of animal feed was £1. The person on the desk was not welcoming or did not provide any information. However the trail is easy to navigate and has pigs, cows, alpacas, sheep, goats and some different birds. Very lovely scenery. There were some play parks for children.
The trail is grass and was fine with a pram. Ther
We also visited the shop which sold lots of home grown products.
Would definitely recommend.
There is also free parking available.

A wonderful place to visit. Something for everyone. Managed to entertain a one year old and a three year old here for a couple of hours. The restaurant and shop is how the farm is funded, and so if you're spending 2-3hrs there, eating at the restaurant and buying from the farm shop is a great way to support the farm and treat yourselves too with their lovely food. Food is always good and fairly priced. Staff are super helpful. Lovely environment and a nice atmosphere to relax in.
The farm trail is a great place for young children to get close to animals. Reasonable price for 4 people to get in. You can buy animal feed, which the children loved.
After feeding the animals, playing on the slide it was time for a sit down. Enjoy coffee and cake. The lemon cake is excellent. Go next door for fresh meats.
Mid morning brunch...great flavours on the vegaterian option, the full English version looks like a challenge given the generous portions. They make the beans really interesting...it's in the sauce. Attentive & polite service, the dishes come in a timely fashion despite it being busy. Homely atmosphere, as the cafe is on a farm which has quite a variety of animals for children to see. It's family orientated, there is a well stocked retail farm shop onsite. Parking is easy. If it's a sunny day there's plenty to see & do.
Access is flat floor, cafe is bright, comfortable & I hope to visit again soon.
Fabulous food, friendly staff and very reasonably priced, happy for us to sit with the dog outside. Well stocked farm shop too. Excellent find and would recommend as a pit stop if you are travelling on the A12. Just needed a few more shaded seating areas outside to be perfect.
I really enjoyed my visit today. First time for me. Very impressed. Immaculately presented café. I really like it and would come again. My brunch was delicious. Excellently presented and one of my eggs was perfectly runny. Impressed with the menu options, and gluten free toast available. Beautiful spot.
Just popped in for an afternoon snack. Cheese scones come with butter, philedelphia cheese and hot gooseberry chutney. Really good, staff are all lovely and so helpful. Went with our 2yr old grandson.
Stopped in cafe for coffee. Was quite busy but still managed to get a table (Saturday afternoon in September). Interesting farm trail here to keep kids amused. Farm shop too seemed pretty good. Was very busy so had to park in the overflow car park by the church which is only a minute away.
Lovely farm shop packed full of fresh fruit and vegetables, top quality butchers, deli counter and bakery. Nice farm trail, was free when we visited last time, do have to pay now.
One of the best farm shop I’ve ever visited.
Unluckily I wasn’t able to take a picture of my Sunday roast because it was too yummy and I’ve eaten it in no time. Sunday roast was really amazing, as the chocolate cake.
Crew has been gentle and professional.
Farm shop has plenty of local products of high quality. The whole farm is in the middle of a green area, lots of space to walk around.
Highly suggested.
