And it was extremely busy on this Saturday Ray gave us drink vouchers while he was dealing with other customers. The whole experience was great. A brilliant kawasaki dealer. So I took the plunge and bought a motorbike online for the first time, choosing to buy a brand new Kawasaki Versys 650 since it was sort of
a dream to have it. This was done by parting with my previous Honda motorbike in an exchange deal. I can't lie, I had my reservations about how smooth this process would be, especially online. However, my experience was nothing but great with Colchester Kawasaki.
The communication from their team was very good. I had plenty of questions which were answered along the way and the Kawasaki team kept me well informed of every step of the way, from the moment I placed the order until the bike was safely delivered to my doorstep.
Overall, I had great experience. Here are some key points that made me feel warm and fuzzy:
- Very smooth and straight forward exchange process
- Good delivery price considering the travelling distance
- Very warm team (including sales team and delivery driver)
- I love how the documents arrived in a nice Kawasaki document pouch (unlike my previous Honda documents which were handed over to me without even some sort of a document holder)
- No pushy sales tactics (this can ruin your buying experience for sure)

Very good and efficient service. I traded my old bike in at a good price and got a Kawasaki z650. I had lots of fantastic trips on the bike since. The showroom is large, has a coffee shop and a small exhibition of vintage motorbike memorabilia. I would gladly go there again for a day trip.
Very pleased and happy with the whole experience, from my first email then telephone call I was given concise and accurate information in a professional and courteous manner, then right through the process of going to look at the bike, making sure it’s right for me, the contract, getting the PDI done before I have it, the delivery, everything is so professional, way they look after you, the personal touch, they treat you so well, it’s amazing.

Had rear tyre fitted to my bike it turned out it would not be delivered to the shop till the late morning. There customer care was excellent I was offered a courtesy bike when I declined was offered tea or coffee from there cafe. I certainly be using them again. Great customer service

Brilliant service from Scott at Colchester Kawasaki. Replied to my email straight away and was able to book me in for an MOT straight away. I had a coffee & a bite to eat in the wonderful race cafe and in no time at all my bike was ready. I was so impressed with the extra special customer service. Scott was great.
