China City is a great little take away! Their Singapore rice noodles are brilliant! The best part of going in to order is that they'll make dishes up for me and go the extra mile if I want to get something changed. It's one of my favourite Chinese takeaways in Colchester.

Highly recommended. Love china city. Have been using them for the past 3 years now and the food has always been amazing. Staff are really friendly, food always arrives hot and tastes amazing. Delivery is always within the time given. We always try new things and every time we are not disappointed.

First time I've used this take away (31st july)tried numerous others they were pretty average compared china city,definitely a pleasant experience tasty quality food and delivered very hot in a reasonable time.
Will certainly recommend them.

Our "go to" Chinese in Colchester, which we've been using for over ten years. Never been disappointed, the food is never overdone with salt/MSG and tastes really freshly cooked even with delivery time. First class.
First time trying here tonight after eating from many different chinese shops in colchester. I must say this is by far the best. The food was fresh and hot and literally so tasty. The smoked chicken🤤🤤 ribs, and pancake roll were out of this world. Will be eating from here from now on.
Ordered from here by mistake picked up the wrong brochure. But the food was delicious, tasted fresh and like it was home cooked with less salt/sugar than alot of takeaways, which I liked. Very cheap, huge portions and very tasty, I'm going to order from here again 😊
Best Chinese is Colchester. I have been going here for years. NEVER OPEN ON A TUESDAY THO. If I could I would eat here everyday.
China City is the only place I have been going to for chinese for the last two years, the price's & the food is superb! Very big portions considering the price. Delivery is always right on time & the best dishes I believe are Crispy Chilli Beef, Half duck & their egg foo yung is the best in colchest
Really nice food, pretty cheap, the sweet and sour pork balls were extremely tender, not dry at all. We will be coming back. Very convenient next to our home
