Great coffee and excellent atmosphere. Staff always very polite and friendly. Good location too.
Really friendly and helpful staff. The drink I wanted to try isn’t available in decaf so they happily made me a decaf alternative which was so nice!
I visit colchester regularly, so always try top pop in.
The staff are always happy to help & very knowledgeable about the products they have on offer (I
have allergies to certain ingredients).
I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Friendly staff and good service, I spent some time remotely working from here. My only issue is that the music was a little bit loud when I was in meetings.

Came here for a quick coffee and sandwich (and to get out of the rain).
Quick and friendly service. Also nice to see that it was clean and tidy.
They also had some vegan options both in their sandwich and cake sections.
Had a lovely experience yesterday when I went into the store. All the staff were really friendly and I had a really nice latte with some hot food. Cannot fault at all, also the area wad really clean and spotless!

Nice store. Lovely coffee. Reusable cups are really expensive though.
Nice enough, and is a reasonably new Starbucks so modern. It wasn't that busy when I visited but there was still a fair bit of food in the floor that needed a quick clean but nothing major and I'm sure it would be done soon enough.
