I love an independent coffee shop and Made & Found is a welcome gem amongst the usual coffee shop chains. As soon as you walk in there is a cozy air that welcomes you in, the perfect place to snuggle up in on a winters day with a warm beverage and one of the many tasty cakes on offer.

Excellent, absolutely lovely Coffee and ice-cream too! Never seen such an array of goodies to eat and clever idea substituting rice for bread dishes to make such a more interesting and varied menu for those of us that are gluten free!

Every last detail and part of this cafe is exquisite. Staff are delightful, the decor and music are pleasant, the food is atrociously delicious and I had such a magnificently perfect cup of tea.
I will absolutely be returning and cannot recommend it enough.

Lovely little coffee shop in Colchester town, which now does a selection of locally sourced craft beers. As is the majority of their other offerings. Highly recommended
A quaint and cosy cafe. Lovely location with sunshine through the window. Friendly staff. Also it has wifi for ppl to do some work as well.
Consistently great coffee. The toasted sandwiches are also made to a high standard. Please don’t ask me about the cakes... so tempting to go back for a third helping.
Back again! Coffee still great, which is a testament to the staff. However the “Pig Cheese” open sandwich was fantastic.
Found this absolute gem purely by accident, went in for coffee and cake and was not disappointed! Really lovely atmosphere, great and freindly service and yummy cakes! The bar looks fantastic for the evening and will definitely be back soon!
Been twice, once with husband, once with my daughter, excellent warm service and very delicious cakes (lemon and biscoff) and tea /coffee both times. Very cute interior too.
