Welcoming staff. Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The pub is dog friendly.
The food we had tasted great and definitely value for money.
Would highly recommend. Maybe it is best to book ahead if going at peak times as I imagine this pub gets very busy, but we went for a late lunch, so there wasn't a problem.

Beautiful lunch in the sun on a Sunday. Roasts looked wonderful and fulfilling, I opted for a different vegetarian option. Service easy going and attentive. Food was delivered swiftly and plates cleared timely.
Price was reflective and not excessive.
Highly recommend and would visit again, most certainly.
The staff was super friendly and the pub had a cozy atmosphere. I had the fish and chips with peas. It was tasty and the portion was really big. The pudding of the day was delicious. I had the warm sticky toffee pudding with custard… Such a comforting dessert
Absolutely superb place. Staff are all amazing, regulars are a great laugh, food excellent. Just can't fault it. If I'm ever in the area, I'll be making a beeline for here. Love it.

Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff and delicious food. I had a lasagna and for desert I had this absolutely gorgeous cheese cake!
Absolutely lovely setting. Turned up without a reservation on a Sunday and they managed to fit us in, 2 adults and 2 toddlers.
The food was very nice indeed. Started with a mushroom and stilton starter which was amazingly good then we both had the roast and there was no complaints. The staff were very welcoming and polite.
The pricing was reasonable I felt.
We will definitely be back maybe when the weather's warmer as I want to have a drink in the garden 😉

I'm giving 5 stars because my steak was cooked perfectly. Not easy to get these days (in my experience anyway.....!) Go and give them a try.

Really pleased with everything, food is spot on. Price, portion, and quality all perfect. For me personally, will now be my go too place for food in this area.
Good value specials on the day - had ham, egg and chips for £7 with a generous portion followed by a dessert for £3. That’s a good deal to me and the meal was great. Had an issue with over billing after the meal as part of a large party but eventually sorted it.

Our first visit to the White Hart and we were super impressed. All staff we came across were efficient and very friendly. They had all Covid measures in place which was refreshing to see, not all restaurants nail this so well. Portions were a bit on the large side but saying that we left plates clean, the food was delicious. Will definitely return and highly recommend. Thank you for having us.

What a fantastic place, we are visiting West Bergholt and the White Hart is just around the corner we thought we'd nip in and sample the menu. Over the moon with our experience. The staff very attentive and the food was delicious. Hoping to make it back again to try something else they have to offer before we head home.
Brilliant food, great beer and friendly staff & owner. Also dog friendly (not Sundays) and has a garden with a large tent. What more could you want? 🍺
