The yummiest French toast I have eaten and the team were really lovely about me adding on extra bits and bobs. It was so great to be able to get brunch later on in the day - it was about 1:30. The food was beautifully presented and we sat in the cute little courtyard that had shady bits too. The food of the tables either side looked and smelled as delicious as our own. Will definitely be back to try those cakes that I only didn't buy as I was too full!
Our first visit will be one of many to come. We popped in for breakfast which was superb - made with the best quality products and cooked to perfection. The service was really friendly and efficient. It’s in a great location opposite Colchester Castle, with lovely bright space and a outdoor courtyard. Can’t wait to go back and try lunch! Would highly recommend.
I had lunch there yesterday and what a lovely place...welcoming staff... great food and great service. One other important thing I would like to add is that I was with a friend who uses a wheel chair and they could not do enough to make sure we were both comfortable.

We visited for the first time today and we loved it.
Our food was scrummy and despite there being no specific children’s menu we were able to order something which was not on the menu for our toddler.
The milkshakes are delicious
We also had cake! Which was yummy!
All in all a really nice place to enjoy some food and drinks, we’ll definitely visit again
The best place to sit and watch the world go by made even better by the fab coffee and cake selection can’t wait to try the lunch menu soon !

What a great find! Lovely little bistro style restaurant serving breakfast, brunch and lunch 7 days a week. My friend and I had a bacon cheese and cranberry panini with side salad and some 🍟 to share. We sat in their quaint courtyard as the weather was still warm and thoroughly enjoyed it. Great food, great staff and great prices

Delightful little place. Great food and a good choice for our vegan friends too. High quality coffee and a cozy atmosphere. They were very kind and adapted when we had an extra friend show up for our prebooked table. Would definitely return. Have recommended it to others too who are looking for a place for brunch.
The place is not very spacious but has a cosy environment. Always satisfied with the food and coffee at every visit. Service is welcoming and friendly.
A bit pricey but since we can’t get an alternative elsewhere in Colchester… will have to visit again and again.
Tasty food, great coffee. Good service. Just a bit short of personal space. Tables are so close next to each other. Also great desert.. extra items to add to the breakfast or lunch cost 3-5 pounds. Makes the whole meal very expensive
Came here today with my woman. Beautiful gaffetary, lovely munch and sips. Missus had the chicken waffle and the meat was succulent and the waffles fluffy. I had the burrito, it was banging. Delicious place and lovely service would recommend

Visited Thursday and had Coffees and Snacks . The food was very good. I had a very nice Falafel and Houmous dish .

Lovely cafe on the corner opposite the city castle, park and the first sight centre. Very good decaff coffee and tea plus scones very fresh and tasty. Good cake and menu selection too. Staff very nice and friendly. Well worth a visit.
Fantastic experience, first time went on Sunday for a breakfast, I was so impressed, food was delicious, all homemade, reasonably priced and the staff cannot do enough for you, I thoroughly recommend to everyone. I had the Belgian waffles which were divine, but I'll be back very soon to try the cooked breakfast and other options!!
My first visit to this lovely cafe which has a surprisingly large number of tables. Friendly, helpful service and despite it being a busy Saturday lunchtime, our food didn't take long at all to arrive. The food was really good.

First time I have ever come in and came in for coffee. Was shown to a seat and were given menus. Thought service was a little on the slow side but great coffee and staff were polite too. Will be returning 😀
Relaxing Sunday afternoon visit to Sip and Tuck, food was delicious (as always). Atmosphere was calm, such a nice place to sit and chill. Service and staff were so lovely, will be making this our regular stop off.
All of my favorite dishes are uploaded. Speciality coffee and suitable for breakfast and brunch! Just across castle park and the place is so lovely.. you can be seated indoor or outdoor. I’m either there with friends or alone studying. Best breakfast place in Colchester (in my opinion)

A friend recommended this cafe on the edge of the center of town. I have to say it is a hidden gem within the town. It's hard to find somewhere that isn't a chain restaurant that puts the good little touches that makes the experience great. A great menu with a range of dishes for all requirements. Definitely give to another go! Should advertise more!
Visited here for the first time around a week ago. I had the French toast for breakfast and it was amazing! I quite often have french toast for breakfast but it's nothing compared to the one they make here! Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. Will definitely be returning 😁
Had French toast for breakfast and found it very delicious! A good choice of pastries and vegan alternatives. Soya and other plant free milk without any surcharge! Will be coming back for more.
Update: You can book your table online, there are screens between tables, the staff is very friendly. They take your temperature on arrival and offer hand gel. All very efficient and food is as always delicious.
