First time visiting Frank's. The restaurant is lovely, great decor, comfortable and spot on for the type of food. Food was excellent, burgers were very tasty and cooked perfectly, the fries were amazing, crisp outside and soft inside, sides were all great too. Quality of the food is amazing, and all cooked very well. Staff were friendly and very helpful, made to feel very welcome. As you can tell we loved our meal here and will be back again soon. The meal was as good as expected as we had been before. We eat out regularly in various restaurants and would class a burger House a lesser experience yet fancied it.
We were with another couple to whom the male partner had a snobbery about going for a burger to which we find amusing.
Our experience of Frank's was the most pleasant. The servers were the most polite, genuine and professional and truly go the extra mile. They provided a peasant experience that excels in comparison to excellent service by other restaurants. They check on you in a natural way and not just that it is part of their job.
It's a fantastic place to come with friends and family to enjoy a burger and relax. The staff was very friendly. The food was delicious, and they offer options for vegetarians as well as gluten free, so anyone can enjoy a delicious meal here. The prices are really reasonable as well. Highly recommend it.
Nice burgers, bottomless chips and friendly staff. We went when it was quiet and so the service was good. Drinks a bit on the expensive side - I feel it would be better to offer bottomless drinks rather than bottomless chips. Caters for special dietary requirements without a problem. Having been to other branches of Franks I would say this is the nicest restaurant of them all and it has plenty of parking. Would visit again.

Being a chef for 7 years makes it frustrating eating out as some places aren't up to much. This place was great!!!! Kitchen is clean. Staff nice! Happy, always busy doing something!

Originally booked for 6 adults and a baby with a pram, then asked for another adult and a child to be included at very short notice. Everyone was accommodated, no problem, on what was a very busy Friday evening.
All the young ladies waiting on the tables were fantastic and the food was lovely as always.
Please management, give your staff a pat on the back and thank them very much.
We will definitely visit again.
I've been to Frank's on multiple occasions and have always been very happy with the experience.
The service has always been impeccable and the food has always been tasty and fresh.
There is a free car park immediately outside and I've never had trouble parking despite the car park being quite small.
We've been for family meals on a Sunday, midweek lunch and early evening gatherings with friends and colleagues and never been disappointed. Highly recommended.
Been here quite a few times, food is great and staff are friendly. Service is always a little slow for some reason. Great place to eat if you're really hungry, large portions and bottomless chips. Nice atmosphere too.

Had a fantastic meal tonight at Frank's (Billing). Party of 4..we ordered ribs and steak. Tasty, fresh, well cooked food. Good value for money. The waitresses were very friendly and helpful. Will be returning.
Visited the other week and it was dead, normally not a good sign. Whilst there several other couples came in and had food. Drink was on the high side. The food was OK large but not the best burgers I have ever had. Would go there again if I was out with a group but would consider trying other places in Northampton first. I'm sure in summer its packed but when I visited it wasn't and that made the atmosphere some what negative as there were more staff than customers.
